We haven't done a rollback in many many years. I doubt there's cause for a measure that drastic.

Hmmmmmm a person might start believing that CCP are 'cooking' the figures on how many players are logging in and that, that 13k of players is just the number of fake acc that ccp keep running 24/7 to make the game look more popular than it is... hardly surprising when every update these days seems to be about making the game harder to succeed in unless you are an ass that plays only to disrupt others entertainment!!
anyway real players are again in the game so time to go ruin my sec stat - now that it only takes a few stinking tags to clear away the results of being a trolling, ganking and disruptive ****... GAME ON!!!!! |

You're a moron, The launcher shows the amount of players logged in at any given time, how it does this is through the api...Which is five minutes delayed...

The API server likely has some very minor problems with operating at all once the back end databases are being maintained, see how that might happen? So probably the API server was stopped or suspended (or just full of errors and confused) for at least some of that 25 minutes.
I mean seriously, duh anyway, your whine is that some averaged-over-time statistic glitches out when the server is down for a while? omg shocker.
