After 24 hours fighting can legally occur between those involved. Well what can i say ,an alliance against a newb corp I know how EVE uni feel now , well good luck to VI and thanks for the free war , couldnt afford it tbh so you done it for us. Edison Frisk	Posted - 2005.10.13 01:52:00 - [17] I don't understand the problem, NBSI Academy are obviously affiliated with the Alliance so it would be prudent to war dec them too if they are assiting you in empire - scouting, warp to points etc. It says in the corp bio that it is the training ground for new NBSI pvp'ers - I think getting their noses blooded on the battlefield will give them invaluable experience benefitting the alliance in the long run. PvP needent be costly for the new players - an armada of rocket kestrels will compliment any fleet. Anyways regarding the NBSI v -V- war, good job on both sides you seem to be having fun out there. Just cache a lot of cheaply outfitted frigates and have fun. Work together and its surprising the results you can achieve. Though it may cost several disposable frigates and their pilotÆs clones, a wolf pack finally taking down a HAC thatÆs been marauding for some time is a sweet feeling indeed. You have nothing to loose and every kill is a huge victory. Good hunting guys!

I simply pointed out that war with the Academy was inevitable as it is in effect an NBSI sister corp. I don't doubt that you welcome this war - and wish both sides the best of luck.
