I wish! My Ishtar will usually out up to 25% of my drone ogres without an AB/MWD fitted! Any drone "balancing" in this matter will have to fix a vast majority of the bugs...

Please compare the DPS of the Ishtar vs other HACs after your proposed heavy drones (read: Ishtar/Dominix) nerf. I guess it'd drive the prices down, and I can go crawl in a corner with my friends that are caldari HAC users...

Given they're cruisers, it'd likely be a few % points. Heavy drones should still be able to hit cruisers. Point out where I said they should not.
Or READ. I want heavy drones to be less effective against frigates. That is ALL.
I am awaiting figures on if light drones need a boost.
So make them less effective against frigates by decreasing the tracking and/or increasing their signature resolution. Oh wait, that effects performance vs cruisers too!

Lights still suck though. Even after you've shut down a ceptor/whatever in a vampa-Ishkur it takes FOREVER for it to actually die...
