EVE Search - Combat Damage Window

You will then have it as a tab option with your set of chat boxes. It will not be "pop-up" exactly but it will be "chat style." Optionally, You could add the log box to whatever box you commonly keep open on your display in addition to chat. For example, I keep a box open on my display with tabs for my cargo hold and addresses. Those boxes are not usually needed during combat, and the log box could be added as a tab to that set. It is true that using the Necom log box is not as handy as a pop-up.
