-=The conflict between our parties has been going on for over 6 weeks now.
Little was said about our vision of the SA vs SE situation, think itÆs the right time to explain our position and perhaps find a cure for Stain.
Some people are quick to call us ænew stainersÆ which is partially true but let me remind you that Stain has been our home for more then half year , we fought for it in the past and weÆre planning to stick around in the future. However itÆs not our goal to lay waste on Stain.
Hence our messages:
to MASS: at this point itÆs clear you are unable to fulfil executor position of our regionÆs alliance. YouÆre the ones to blame for stainersÆ losses and grief. Step aside.
to Stain inhabitants: our corporation hasnÆt initiated the war, we just fought back after being fired upon. We hold no grudge against you. We ask everybody who wants peace to leave a warzone which is Stain. If you leave Stain-Alliance we promise to aggress you no further.
WeÆre committed to fight Mass and supporters to the end, donÆt be fooled by their propagande, weÆll show no weakness or mercy. Consider yourself warned. Stain must be Mass-free.=-

seid der einzige Grund, warum es diesen Konflikt gibt.
An das Volk von Stain: Wir haben nicht damit angefangen, auf euch zu schiessen. Der erste Schuss kam
aus euren Reihen. Allerdings sind wir faehig zu vergessen und bieten euch an, euch in Ruhe zu
lassen, falls ihr Kampgebiet verlaesst. Verlasst ihr die Stain Allianz, garantieren wir euch fuer
euren Schutz!

Жителям стейна: Не мы начали эту войну, все вы первыми поставили нас в КОС, однако несмотря на удар в спину от бывших союзников, мы готовы сделать шаг на встречу. Все кто хочет остаться в стороне от этого конфликта может сделать это, покинте зону бовеых действий и мы не станем убивать вас, покинте SA и мы станем защищать вас!
Не заблуждайтесь на наш счёт, это обращение акт доброй воли, а не признак нашей слабости. Но прежде чем перейти к более активным действиям и дабы прекратить бесмсленные упрёки о стрельбе по братьям которые мы слышим в локале мы делаем это шаг навстречу.=-

I think you need to expand upon that a little more. Simply stating MASS has failed as the Executor doesn't really mean much... its just an opinion.

give the guy a break, he is russian, the fact that he can speak 3 different laungues is surly impressive to most people.
oh and GJ xeno, bar a few select few others, Stain should now be a

1. they are using long-range ganks.
2. they are using 3 warpstabs minimum on every bs.
3. they are using damphers and jammers on every ship.
4. they are using out-of system exploited safe spot.
5. it's unconfirmed, but seems that SE corps are mining in empire and supplies xenos in 4gq with isks and ships. wise.
6. SA is bunch of idiots. i hate SA.
but they are good fighters, and i know they hate me, but i'm not. i'm totally neutral to them.

There is NO place, that can not be found, with a scanprobe.
You launch a deepspace scanprobe looking for battleships in a system, and you find it, no mather HOW far it is. You then are within 70 AU, and can start drop your 192 AU probes, and take it from there.
Also, there is NO problem makeing SS's that are 30-40 AU of the end of a system in a hauler. All it takes are a little know-how and some skills.
The once made from A : can-bumps (not working no more), B : 8MWD Scorps (not working no more), C : BM'n system before entering (Not working no more) might have been exploits, once.
BM's made through supperior tachtics and the use of a hauler with cheap tech1 eqiupment HARDLY is worth calling an exploit.

These are VERY good tactics.
It is kinda the same that BE are useing to whoop ASCN.
It is called a ballanced EW/DMG fleet, and it makes all the gank-ship with no tank useless.
If you put on 4 hardners, some repps and some EW, you can actually tank that kind of ships since the damage delt ain't to great. Also, a cov-ops / bomber will devastate them if used with good skills and supperior tactics.
And the way to counter 3 stabs, are without a doubt 4 disruptors. That is something most BS's can handle. As can the Griffin and the Blackbird. You just have to outfit for the job dude.
Ohhh..
And, do you hate SA or SE? To be Mass you can't hate SA, can you?

i wonder if anybody outside XB / remaining SE and MASS understands what your problems are.
there is some talk about "backstabb", "enrichment" and otoh "MASS is the problem" but i for myself wonder if this is more then pure antipathy ...
but the facts are clearly to see:
XB is a pain in the *** of SA but not much more. the ordinary citizen of SA shrugs and go back to his daily business. most who fight XB do it for fun without much thought about politics as its hard to understand anyway.
... and this is more of a comment as i have no hopes to learn the real backgrounds here other then flames and smack ...

its hard for me to take side.
sure XB will try to use guerilla-style which is not elegant ... but who would not wearing their shoes. at least they state a reason to be around 4gq as stain's their homeland.
otoh i can hardly argure the frustration you feel.

So MASS are not good but I guess XB or even Species is better.....you ppl split Stain and kick old Stainers corp out we just reunited them.
And I dont see all this whining from SA corp actually they very determinate to fight all SA enemys, something that when you SE was in charge was a lack of it " motivation".
