Since a lot of people can't seem to read:
The launcher is goofing up because the source on the webserver is acting up. Once it reaches the webserver it gets the info it needs to patch. They're aware of this, they fix that the launcher works fine.
Something something settings lost: there's a dev post for that, go read it.
Bypassing the launcher: You all really don't know how computers work at all do you? This has been how the game actually runs even before the launcher was a thing. I'm sure Macs can do something similar but junction your folders in Windows(google it), create pinned shortcuts on the taskbar/start for your different accounts and boom done. Getting the Pinned stuff to point to the right folder takes a little dance that I can't recall but it can be done. L2Computer. |
