How many times do we have to tell you not to fix things that are not broken? Everytime! And what, did you give the QA / Test department the week off? Tell them their bugs are bullshit and you'll fix it later? When? After people quit there subscriptions? Stop telling people to file bugs, get on the forums and start talking to them. Its your fault this is happening. Your test environment and live environment need a synching. Meanwhile roll back the launcher it's obviously completely ****** up and not ready. Way to lower the bar. Has any of you work for Microsoft?

I have a reasonable expectation that the programs on the server will work. As for being part of a large corporation that releases software, yes I have. Sun Microsystems and Legal & General UK. And for the years I work at both we never had to tell our customers / clients not to complain so much about our products. Then again we actually *tested* our software, knew issues and difficulties our clients would have and implemented solutions and work arounds before launch. In short we were not a bunch of mindless pratts, pushing crap to live environments in order to justify our existence.

As for the launcher, CCP Guard I know your trying to do the right thing, but a FAQ for what is basically a login screen? Who does that? We dont need more to have the ability to tweet or skype from the login or fluffy graphics, or a warp tunnel each time we gate jump or flashy animated icons that suck power away from our already over priced graphics cards. Give us the content we ask for and tell those idiots who are asking for the fluff to *** off. They are not paying the bills.
