I made some test with the new Incursus and Punisher. Sadly the corp hangars in fight club where not working so I was limited in fitting.
I went to Osmeden where a lvl1 complex is. AFAIK the hardest one because the 2nd stage has a lot ship all sitting close together. The Incrusus with nice named ion blaster (i made one 198 hit :), AB, cap recharger, 1 repair and 1 damage mode performed well. I was unable to tank the whole group but hence to the great base speed my AB got me away from them after I killed 2 rats. I took me a while to take them all out but it was great fun. The falloff bonus helps a lot when you have to stay in orbit but lowers the damage while shooting sitting dugs a bit.
The punisher got 3x med pulse lasers, AB, Cap Recharger II, repair 2, 2x passive hardeners and a cap relay. The tank is still great but capa is a bit tight. I had to switch my AB of to keep guns and repair running all the time. But that don't hurt much. I was able to tank the whole spawn in that complex and killed it in one go.
I went then into a orvolle to try the lvl2 drone complex there. Punisher performed here well too and was able to tank anything it met. Damage output on the Punisher for PvE lasts out but I really fear a plated Rifter. Punisher with it's nearly 50% EM damage gets hurt by plates a lot. But I guess damage is not the Punis purpose.
When singu is working again I will take a loot after the rifter and the fat man too. Hopefuly I can wheedle a corp mate to join me on the test server. I will then take a look after the (baby) logistics. I made a short range test and got 35km with a med repair. You are now able to start healing :D befor your friend pops. I think we will see some of them in small gank groups so EvE will get even more assault friendly.
Btw. nobody is using them in combat at last I never saw one on the battle ground. Is that intentional? When you jump into a system your repair target may be 35km away from you. Getting close in a BS is pointless. So there may be need of thinking about the logistics modules as a whole. (Not in this thread!!! :)
Are the structure repair thingies on sigu active? I would like to test them too.

Are you taking passive shield tanking into account? -- $ perl -n -e 'print "Stop blameing pirates! Oveur is the root of all evil!\n" if m/podkill|lost my ship|gank|gate camp|Verone/;'

I made some test on singu yesterday with the new tec 1 logistic cruisers. Thanks to all those patient buff targets. :)
All tests are for full repair so no logistic got a tank for itself. That should be usefull in situations where you can keep damage on the tanks (mostly PvE). In PvP the high range may make a difference but we have to take it into real battles to see how it performs. Btw. the Blackbird will be _the_ primary target now. :)
Blackbird 1x Large, 1x Med, 1x Small nice named shield transfers (no gistii stuff) 1x Large Peroxide, 3x Cap Recharger II (not so nice named should do it too) 1x Co Pro II, 3x CPR
Output: 134,4 HP/s (thats more then a xlarge shield booster without skills) Ranges are: 43.2km, 36km, 28.8km
Exequror 2x med remote repair (sadly no named or small where around and market is still broken) 1x Large Peroxide, 3x Cap Recharger II 3x Cap Power Relay
Output: 86,6 hp/s what is more then a Large Armor Repair II with skills (71,1hp/s) and it should have room for at least 1 small repair Range is: 30km (should go up to 36km with nice named remote repairs)
Augoror 4x Med transfer 1x Large Peroxid rest cap recharger thingies
Output: 72 capa/s (one Large Repair II sucks 35.55 capa/s) Range: 30km (should go up to 36km with nice named)
Capa on all ships are stable (with both capa skills at 5). So the way to go would be 1 Blackbird with 3x nice named large shield transfers and 1 Augoror to keep it's capa up (works on paper and i hope to be able to test it soon). That should be the best way because the BB has the best Range of all Logistic CRUs. But i'm shure Tux will find a way to solve that issue. :)
I boosted the shield of a Prophecy (armor tanker!) who was shooten by a blastertron. Both sitting still and at optirange. The Mega was unable to get the BC down. Looks like we got some really usefull ships for ppl who dont want to shoot.

Bad call, I think the punisher will loose some of its tanking ability with less recharge.
With the new skills for passive hardeners the punisher can tank the same as the old one. But you need now both capa skills at lvl5 to keep the tank and your guns running. Or you have to go for smaller guns and a nos.
Sadly other options like a MWD and a 20km scram are not posible anymore. Thus Amarr dont have a usefull tacker anymore. -- $ perl -n -e 'print "Stop blameing pirates! Oveur is the root of all evil!\n" if m/podkill|lost my ship|gank|gate camp|Verone/;'
