Agreed, projectiles should use no cap period. Hybrids really need a lowering in cap use as well... ________________________________________________________

I admit, not much more damage then tempest, but its tanking is extremly better
Range with MF is 13km and with no MWD you'll be out of range most of the time. You'll have good range with Xray but you'll have to take a 20% damage cut... ________________________________________________________

Are you sure its zero? Considering certian numbers (attributes) are known to be carried out farther than shown in the game. What stops them from having .000001 cap usage?
