Edited by: Mangus Thermopyle on 05/11/2005 21:54:23 Personally I think its nice that the pirating corps and alliances like RISK and Five have such a hard time so far in this war.
Five lost the Empire battle, and lost it big. Then they went up towards BKG when RISK had it, but now that PA has total control of BKG and D4, Five is pretty much trapped with their 100 or so pilots in H-PA, in NPC stations. It will be interesting to see what they do next, and even more interesting to hear their explanations: "ohh, no, we are NOT leaving empire becuase we lost".
I bet in the coming weeks, we will hear how staying docked in NPC stations is a tactical masterplan
I almost feel sorry for Five. Nothing has gone Fives way in this war

stay off the glue dude.
Our numbers and your numbers for empire are both public. Go and compare them and dont try to give a twisted interpretation of who "won".
We dont need any npc stations in hpa, we have a pos and can roam the surrounding systems including bkg whenever we feel like it. Like we have proven over the last couple of days obviously.
As for the trapped part, thats like trapping water in a fishernet dude so cut down the rethoric abit and just spam your alliancechat with "we are winning honest dont believe the numbers really".

you should tell your alliancemate this, apparently he thinks that a strategic move from empire to 0.0 space is similar to a tactical loss in this war theatre.

If the Five invasion fleet is trapped as my friend as pointed out then I suggest that now is the time to squeeze. Don't leave them a single inch to stand on. And when you've taken that on them, knock them down again and then again for landing on our space when they fall.
The reason I say this is because the Five however evil they may be, are still very skilled pilots and perfectly capable of engineering a way out of the mess they are in now.
So I say now is the time to kill them all and don't leave anything for God to sort out. The tricky bastards will probably just figure a way out of that too.

most of this thread is a load of nonsense. as both sides know all too well a war is never won on the forums and forums never acurately reflect what happens ingame.
so why either sides argue so much over very little says more about themselves than whats happening ingame.
but i do think 5 have made more than a little mistake by insulting mercenary coalition tbh.

The Five are n00bs. We chased them from the walls of Jita throwing our shoes at them as they retreated. We made them drink poison last night and the MC's soldiers and our great forces gave the Five a lesson which will not be forgotten by history. Truly.

I think he means like how his fleet tried to blockade the h-pa gate in 9-2 earlier this evening .... Thats their definition of us being trapped.... If so i'd say do it more often. Thxs for all the drones.

Yes because a corpse proves your enitre argument.
This pointless bickering is going nowhere, everyone fighting has a biased view of the war, whether on purpose or not.
The truth is normally somewhere in the middle.

He said we were "trapped in h-pa" How can we be trapped if we are raping anyone who even attempts to come near? H-PA is simply a staging point for assaults, its between F-E and NUBSIES space and right in the middle of PA space and we have little or no resistance from PA. I fail to see how this makes us trapped? :) The only person who seems trapped is him, in his fictional world where [5] is trapped in h-pa and disbanding and getting wtfpwned by his ubar alliance.
But whatever floats his boat i guess.
