1)No sprawling evil empire to annoy. Have to create one myself just to have something to crusade against. Also little impact of players on environment.
2)No collateral system. No consequences for broken contracts. Nothing to invest in. Everything not-free comes strictly from primitive manual labor rather than fragile, vulnerable industrial apparatus.
3)Unable to hold bourgeois capital over the heads of the teaming masses of the currently self-employed. Not enough rents and operating bottlenecks. (You should have to rent market vendor slots.. competitively.) Free capacitor generation and other horribly free things.

1) people who try to get outlaws to fight theyre small fleet at gates instead of using the damn scanner to locate them, calling you a coward whilst having the protection of the sentries and the ability to pick off 1 target at a time.
2) people who whine about insta jumps and bookmarks when you have taken weeks to set them up.
3) killing a battleship/battlecruiser in an inty
then to be dissed for it being a 'mining' ship. firstly i dont care what its doing, and secondly when i attacked it how the hell am i to know what its doing, other than i scanned it in a belt???
4) getting convoes from the mighty CEO threatening a fate worse than death for killing his corpmate in dangerous space.
5) anti-pie chat channels (leads to issue number 1)
6) HAC too damn hard to kill, a standard frig can waste a standard cruiser with ease, then why cant an elite frig kill an elite cruiser?? or have i just been unlucky?
7) tech 2 ship insurance payouts, seeing as the ship is also going to be kitted out with tech 2 the least i would like back is the ship cost, not a fraction of what it cost to even build.
8) old players in low sec with no expensive implants, hence no pod ransom, there is nothing worse than watching his ship go down whilst imagining the huge some of cash your about to extort from him, and he just wants you to pod him.
9) NPC attcking me when im also pirating, is there no honour amongst theives? i dont want to shoot them, quite frankly i think we should work together in varying ammounts based on sec rating, the lower the sec rating the more npc like you or something.
10) lastly not having a proper automatic ingame killboard, i cant be doing with posting kills on something, surely ccp have records of this and it would be easy to set up.

1- Carebears jumping into pirate's threads to whine about suggestions because they were pwned a while ago while mining afk in 0.1 space and didn't like it or carebears that come to a non-consentual pvp game and then whine "damn... i have been 'non-consentually pvped', please, ban pirates from the game as they are the next ******" (or its variants).
2- Pirates who smacktalk when they get u and / or whine when they can't get u... or when they are ganked or... well.. u got the point.
3- PEOPLE WHO COMPARE EVE TO REAL LIFE... Gheez... it's just a freaking game, get a grip.
Just an added note.. it's funny to see how grown ups and teens in this game whine and cry like babies about all these and much more. I am not saying we are all alike, but it's just like outside the game some are all good neighbours, responsible at their jobs... but on this game they behave sometimes like spoiled brats and 4 years-old kids...

tbh i cant understand where there are problems with modules and bookmarks in the slightest, the same goes for safe spots, every module in the game there is a way around to some degree, every weapon in the game there is a way around to a degree, it is balanced out nicely in that respect. without the ability to create bookmarks the whole game would take a serious turn to bordom, imagine not being able to bookmark from a belt to a station and back again, how much longer of how many more people would you need to be as efficient a carebear as you are now? or not being able to run a pirate gate camp in your hauler packed with zyd.
for the pirates imagine killing someone then being camped in a system with no chance of escape, you would have no option to either spend all night jumping around a system with players taunting you, how boring would that become?
as for safe spots, they have already nerfed them by, sometime ago i might add, introducing scan probes.
if you take the time and put the effort in to 'setting up' a system correctly you should be able to reap the benefits, likewise ifyou are stupid enough to fly to a gate in lowsec into a gate camp that you could have scanned for then you deserve to loose your ship and what ever is in it.
if you take the foresight to fit wcs and nerf your set up considerably then fairplay to you for getting out.
these are the reasons i hate people moaning about fittings and instas.
moan moan moan moan moan.
what i hate most about eve is that my wife doesnt understand that i am a seasoned killer and need to kill kill kill before i try ransoming her pod in the kitchen, therefore i am playing it for her benefit as much as mine, mind you she quites like getting webbed and scrambled and working her nostferatu, so we are getting somewhere i guess.
