1. not having all my ships with a insta win button and default 8 wcs just incase i run out of insta win ammo or lag out because of number 3
2. a local chat that doesnt put auto smack into everything thats said
3. ppl moaning about lag that cant be arsed to make a real world mega corp and create a world wide internet that doesnt lag and supplying everyone with a uber computer to play eve on.

1) Hypocrites. I was once mining in a domi in low-sec. A pirate jumped in and scrambled me. I warped off with stabs so he called me a 'stab*****'. I warped back in in my combat setup. He warped away. He was using stabs.
2) People who constantly ask for things oblvious to the fact that it is going to seriously hurt them (sentry guns, ore thief changes) then complain when it does.
3) Weird ESCROW scammers. I can tolerate the sane ones who scam items at the level they're normally sold at. But people trying to sell +3 implants for 11,000,000 isk? Expanded Cargo Hold IIs?

1) Lag in all kinds of situations, suddenly and without warning.
2) People who disrupt other people's roleplay with OOC arguments. If you dont want to roleplay, just stay away from it and leave the others alone.
3) People who dont grasp the risk vs reward concept and find being handed everything on a plate entertaining.

1. Players, corporations and alliances who belive overkilling and ganking is PvP and then brag and make movies. The same kind of people who shake like crazy during battle and would NEVER even think of going to 0.0 to PvP alone or in a small group.
2. Anti-Pirate gangs who plan an attack for hours and then finally show up with 20 people + covert ops on my sniping spot in a low security system and manage to kill my battleship and then brag by making movies, pasting the mail in local and to everyone they know and don't know and feel good about it.
3. CCP's ignorance and indifference on the matter that many OBVIOUS things need and should be done on ballancing matters.

Zero risk vs. reward would be mining/producing/trading/missions and every silly profession in eve.
Gate sniping is what brings the isk in, it certainly aint 1vsBLOB in 0.0

Local, how can anyone not ******* hate it. People know you are there passing by easily. Pirates hate it because you****got  just insta dock as soon a pirate enters system. Which means I just ******* gate gank and tank sentrys more.
Local is the ******* bane of eve.
Oh, and those ******* instas. Making ships that suppose to be hard to catch invinciable. Al la elite transports.

1) People who whine about sentry guns in low sec...that's why it's called LOW sec. Otherwise the miners and traders would have NO protection. Pirates, would you rather face more sentry guns? Reduced-but-still strong patrols by Concord? Stop trying to change the playground in your favor. Better yet, head out to 0.0 where you won't have to face security. Oops, I forgot: unsuspecting noobs rarely GET out to 0.0 
2) Agents clumped together in certain systems, making it a gathering spot for mission dwellers...for instance, Jita and Oursulaert...spread em out, thereby spreading out the population base in the game resulting in less lag in "those" systems. 
3) Alliances who lay claim to territory that can't POSSIBLY be 1/100th utilized by them, even if their entire membership were online and mining / ratting. Give the little guys a chance, huh? KOS in "your" space is getting a bit old. 
There's more than enough systems to go around. As it stands, most corps that want to come out to 0.0 won't because of the territorial squabble (reminds me of Chicago!) and the "requirement" of having to join an already-existing alliance. 
Sure, there's always the chance that some alliance will grow larger and take territory, but then it's back to square one...still a territorial dogfight. Meh, whatever floats yer boat.

1. The fact that level 4 mission agents are in empire space at all. Even more so that they clump every known security/surviellance agent in one freaking station so 250 people lag the zone out beyond belief. Make all level 3's in .4 and .3 sec, and level 4's in lower. That will thin out those mission runners and your cpu load.
2. The entire insta system, ditch it and remove stargate pvp timer. Allow 5km warp to gate. Increase amount of sentries in .3 and .4 space at stargates only, especially before 25% increase to all hps in ships. Increase sentry range to 250km. Allow warp bubbles to be placed in .3 and below space, but with increasing ranges away from stargates as you increase in sec status. Camping stargates and snipering or tanking sentries is not pvp, don't kid yourself. Increasing random warp in point after coming out of a stargate by 100km may be a possibility in reducing the "camp" as well.
3. Not being able to kill someone in the station. Should create a fps and throw it in there so I can pod them while they are in station I thinks, or an option to force them to leave station in a certain amount of time if they are at war / negative sec status for that system. Only empire stations and pos's should be 100% safe.
