1) Local Chat - It gives everyone in a system a birds eye view of whats going on, which is wrong. Just replace Local with Region Chat and leave it at that.
2) Nerfs, they're the number 1 problem in all MMO's
3) No personal contract/war system. Eye for an Eye is good, but there needs to be a way for one person to wardec another.

the 3 things i hate about Eve.
1) noob pirates bragging about how quickly they trained up to cruiser all by themselves, ah, except for the little isk loan from a friend.
2) Pirate's who earn a living by selling cargo expanders, then turn around and buy ships from the industrialist that they take pleasure in griefing every day.

griefers are ppl who ruin someone elses game for no profit - just to be a ****. especially those 20mil SP players who dec corps full of <1month old players for e-peen enlargements

including:
12yr olds who don't know that the raven shouldn't be a solo pwnmobile (and i fly a damn raven ffs)
ppl who don't understand that 20mil SP > 2mil SP
ppl who whine cos a more experienced PvPer kicked their ass
ppl who think BSs should be able to WTFPWN any other class of ship
ppl who whine that piracy shouldn't be allowed above 0.0 (even with sentries) rather than getting mates together and doing something
ppl who go mining without an escort in unsafe space and then whine when they get wtfpwned by a pie
those who whine at unannounced items seen in the database that have been there for years
