[incoming transmission: 07/2145E/NOV/2005/O-W778]
At 2100 Eve Standard Time on 03 Nov 05, The Chimaera Pact [CHIMP]approached Red Alliance [RA] with a view to peacefully move into and exploit the untapped and unused region of Detorid. This was met with a terse rebuff, and was closely followed by an Alliance War declaration from RA.
The Chimaera Pact moved in force into 0-W778 and deployed POS, and took sovereignty on 05 Nov 05 at 1200 Eve Standard.
We are currently conducting aggressive patrolling against RA in all areas around Detorid, stretching up to Curse and Great Wildlands. We will continue in this campaign until such a time that RA ceases from entering Detorid region to disrupt our peaceful takeover of a non-populated region.
We will shortly begin contacting neighbouring alliances in order to set up diplomatic relations. I ask all non-aligned parties to respect our neutrality until they have spoken with a [CHIMP] Officer.

I take it attacking our pilots without provokation is your way of "contacting neighbouring alliances" and "setting up diplomatic relations" ?

I have sent you a mail, please contact me and we can get our standings set appropriately. RA's use of non-alliance corps makes our pilots a little twitchy at the moment, i do apologise.
