Just wondering...
Is there a Fountain/Delve hunting pass Combo deal? Perhaps a kewl Mono-rail system to truck you between parks? You don't have to pay for each individual ride after you pay for the initial pass do you? I'm kinda planning a trip with the wife and kids. Been meaning to get out a bit. Is there somewhere I can pick up a brochure listing good hotels and resturants in the area? The wife has a liking for Gallente cuisine, but I gotta admit... it gives me the winds something fierce. I'm more of a robust Amarrian meal man myself... throw that down with some Jovian Ale and you got yourself there... a meal.
Oh sorry... I'm rambling ain't I? I will have to get ahold of my travel agent tho (might get a discount with my LP flyer miles). I just cleared my Noble Appliance Citi-bank Visa... and am up for a little spending. Thank you for your time...

Thats not really true. It would be exceptionally easy for any corp to put up a POS anywhere and use it as an NPC or mining depot. Failing that it is even easier for a single NPCer to setup ammo/loot storage secure cans and NPC hunt to his hearts content.
This is especially true in Fountain, which is very much wide open as long as you don't intend to operate your corp out of the NPC stations.
People keep setting them up, we keep killing them. I think once dreads are un-nerfed we're going to have a 24 to 48 hour garentee that your POS will go pop or we'll give you a year supply of pods.

Just out of curiosity .. Fountain's a big place, right? How will you even find the things, if they don't claim sovereignty with them?
Go through every system and search for them, same as we have been doing for months.

Who cares if people know you are there?
What are they going to do to you? Camp you into your system, which is 10 jumps from the nearest NPC station 23/7? Someone will find you, realize that you are sitting inside of your POS, mill around local for 10-15 minutes, make empty threats and then leave.
Its laughable how easy it is for a corp to setup an NPCing operation ANYWHERE they want to. Mining is a tad more difficult, but its still doable in more spread out areas than Fountain (hello Delve and PB).

'tis true. When NBSI kick me out, I'll never join an alliance again. I felt that I needed to be part of an alliance to gain access to 0.0 and be able to rat there while having mutual targets. It's cobblers. A solo pilot can do what the heck he wants and shoot who he wants anywhere in 0.0 as long as there's some grey matter between his/her ears.
