Ive got Partying trained to lvl 5...

Been in game about 40 days, and I'm working on getting my base learning abilites all from 4 to 5, and have the higher learning skills ready to train. (Course not playing with Charisma. Wonder why.)
Question for you all -- since they don't say, what skills do the ship command skillbooks increase? For instance, what does Battleship V get you over I? Same for the others like frigate?

BS lvl V gets you maxed bonus when you fly your ship :
Tempest : +5% Large projectile turret damage and +5% rate of fire per minnmatar battleship skill level

Minmatar frig isnt far behind though, me <3 Claw since many many many months ago.

gallente frig lvl5 only a few mroe hours but I'm sure it will be the best lvl5 skill I have and of course the highest ranking one
