Go ahead and try doing it in highsec without a wardec, because CONCORD certainly thinks it qualifies as PvP.

GÇóMaking something tedious will not stop players doing it if it's very clearly the best option. They'll do it, and they'll hate it

If, however, you'd like to join the winning side, I do know some Goon recruiters.

TEST = Dead and everyone already knows it. Things are falling apart and its very doubtful they will be around in 3 months anymore.

If it was another alliance, I would probably hop in with my main, but Test is another big box alliance, and I prefer helping smaller alliances willing to get a piece of the pie (and not be a renter, either).

But those that are willing to help, join in as Goons are going after moon goo again, and if YOU don't want to be locked out on essential T2/T3 moon goo (or pay as a renter for some), kill the Goons wholesale.

Furthermore, freighter pilots if you value your runs and tired of the Goon Naija gate camp, it's a great time for payback, too.

I think enough special interests have some beef with the Goons to want to settle some scores.

Null needs to be carved up some more with some more free-for-all zones for hungry alliances.

That's funny because last I checked TEST is currently occupying their old space and is bloated with dead weight and hanger ons, with absolutely noone to call in to save them, and with half of nullsec descending upon them like a pack of hungry wolves.
