how long you think till G/Iron starts making excuses about leaving SA space?
they could of left SA as winners instead they attacked minners with pitch forks and will just look silly when they accomplish nothing.
ASCN is a sleeping giant and g/iron will just get burned.
to quote john belushi aka John 'Bluto' Blutarsky "Animal House"

ASCN a sleeping giant? ROFL
They have the numbers but not the balls. The only time they get involved is when its someone elses war. They cant start their own crap, just stick their nose into other peoples doings, such as 5 v the north and BOB v IMP.
ASCN could probably be a very good force as they have a huge industrial backing, but they have no backbone. The only tactic they know is to blob the enemy with more ships
And apologies for the smackyness of the post, but ASCN are not a PVP power within EVE

I've seen ASCN get over 100 PvP equiped BS into a fleet before in less than 30 minutes. So don't doubt how commited they are.

Totaly agree.
We G/IRON jumped into them recently, we were outnumbered.
The final count?
48kills 14 losses
While only 8 are reported on their killboard
Take a look lol

right mr. alt... and the fact that we jumped into you and lagged out or 5-10 minutes and that most ASCN found them selves in a pod or station when the LAG clared was also your doing.... well actually it might... having hundreds of drones in space is the kind of lame exploit¦ish tactic we have come to expect from you lately.
We used to have respect for G/IRON, needless to say we dont any more.

I think we are an entity obssessed with 0.0 civilization in general part of that is PvP. But PvP is not something we exclusively do as you can see from the number of outpost in Feyth and machariel bpcs. But we do have numbers and a determination to engage anything we consider hostile on our own territory. Most people who come to see us will know they have been in a fight.
It would be nice if CCP could strengthen our nodes so we can have some decent fleet battles.

ASCN did, G/Iron were sitting at the gate. Well, i guess the screenshot says all anyway. A normal fleetbattle would never show such an overview.

Sure, OK whatever you say.
The more I think on this statement the more hilarious I find it, sweeping generalisations 4tw.
ASCN has a great many people who enjoy pvp and who think nothing of jumping in on enemies and losing ships to get a few kills.
True, it has many "carebears" that are not interested in pvp, but to come out with a broad statement like that is just laughable.
Merc corps such as yours have got it sooo easy. it is very, very simple to roll in a tight knit group and get lots of kills when you are focused on one target and one aim and have no home space to defend.
Every Merc or wannabee merc force in the game gets the same kind of kill ratios.
MC usually have a bit more professionalism about the way they handle themselves than most, but what you do is not hard to achieve.
When ASCN went North it used the same tactics everyone else uses when attacking - small fleets of frigs and cruisers - and it got a shed load of kills and relatively few losses, unless ofc its enemies "blobbed up", which is the only response to such a fleet.
The reason ASCN is seen as a blobber is that it is often facing hostile invasions, and as noted above, the blob is the only reasonable resopnse to such a force.

Have there been several combats? Because (in relation to teh big lag fight) G are stating they were not at the gate when you jumped in, and in fact warped to the gate.
EDIT: Mind you, i did just read SaorAlba say: Quote: You jumped and we jumped out and back.

Wrong. You jumped in your 70 odd people from AZN, we were waiting at the VNG gate and warped onto the gate as soon as the local exploded. There were no drones out at all. Admittedly, the lag hit you much worse than us, but what exactly did you expect jumping in 120+ people on 60 waiting in the system?

Yeah that could be true, wouldnt know myself since i didnt see anything for 5mins after jumping in, and then saw a hostile fleet locking me.
Also, there have been engagements later that night. Dont know how those went.
So you post without knowing what happend.
Looks like an ASCN trend at the moment eh?

I didnt say anything about drones did i? I didnt whine about lag did i? All i know we jumped in, everyone was lagged and getting killed. Practicly it didnt matter much if you were at the gate, or warped in a few seconds later.

It was a quote from the film National LampoonsAnimal House from the character John 'Bluto' Blutarsky played by Saturday Night Live's John Belushi.

You sir, are a troll. "Relatively few losses" ? ASCN got a big bloody nose upnorth, and I know that because RAZOR have been killing you daily, going as high as 50 ASCN kills in one day. So don't you come here and tell me how ASCN was succesful in the north.
Not saying you didnt kill stuff, but from that to portray your North campaign as succesful.... reality check Sir. --------------------
