I don't know the name of it but there's a certain deadspace complex song that I just think rocks.
Oh, and the login music. If you just sit and listen to it, it rules.

Isnt that a no brainer? I am sure their are exceptions, but this song almost always wins - even people who dont play the game remember this song if they hear it.

Of the non-Deadspace themes, Nouvelle Rovenour Hero.
I like my own playlist better though .
Dark Chest of Wonders (Nightwish), Over the Hills and Far Away (Nightwish), Drive (Apocalyptica), Open Your Eyes (Insigma), and Invoke (T.M Revolution) are my favorites on there
P.S. If you know every single one of those songs I listed, your musical tastes are insane. - Proud member of the [23].

Below the asteroids for me as well, always turn up the volume when it starts playing ---------------- "Teal'c: What is an Oprah?"
"Narim: No harm will come to you. The Tollan will guarantee it. Jack o'Neill: Is that a money back if you're not completely alive guarantee?" |

I'll second Stellar Shadows as my favorite, although if I'm not mistaken it's not actually "in-game" anymore... If you like space ambient, you should try both albums by Neptune Towers ("Caravans to Empire Algol" and "Transmissions from Empire Algol") and "The Place Where the Black Stars Hang" by Lustmord.

Not sure about the rest but wasn't "invoke" featured in Gundam SEED Destiny?
Oh and "Nouvelle Rouvenor Hero" and "Love, Honour, Obey" own

Below the Asteroids, of course.
Its funny though, its been so long since I've even had sound on in Eve. When I read this topic, I went back in and cranked it. Forgot how much amtosphere it adds to everything, and it reminds me of being a newbie and peacefully mining a can of omber back in the day. Good stuff, good stuff.
Still can't bring back the old memories of the voice, unless I feel like being depressed. New voice ftl. -------

Last Power Cell, the version you hear on the website is much better though.
Somehow reminds me that no matter how much loss, time repairs all.

Someone should write it into a full SATB choral work (I wonder if I could do it...hmm...) and perform/record it sometime. I think it symbolizes the fact that the unknown is not always hostile, and that hope is still present and welcoming with open arms all but the most evil of characters. _________________________________________ 2005.01.17 22:04:22 combat Chackle [PUSY] perfectly runs from you, wrecking for 1500 cowardice. |

It's Full Of Stars (and the remix especially \o/) Below the Asteroids Nouvelle Rovenour Hero (for when I want to feel patriotic)
Kind of like Red Glowing Dust and Minmatar Rebel Alliance too. If Theme of the Universe was ingame, it'd be here too.

Is there any way to download the files in MIDI format, so that we could use music notation software to do stuff with them? Or is that against copyright laws? _________________________________________ 2005.01.17 22:04:22 combat Chackle [PUSY] perfectly runs from you, wrecking for 1500 cowardice. |
