rmr as far as I know...
the bloodlines are currently already accesible on the testserver, but still in a unfinished form...
you can go tru character creation but allot of the graphical stuff is missing (where you choose the bloodline, the example image and after that, where you model your face) but after that you can go tru the skill selection etc. and it works... the final char just doesen't appear in any of your character slots.

Kieron said a few weeks ago they were slated for Kali and not before. Doubt they have changed plans, but it's possible.

I'm just a little tiffed about how much more backstory the new bloodlines get (More then double the existing bloodlines in the scroll windows).
And how the Gallente bloodline in no way resembles the rest of Gallente society with its rigid caste system.

the caldari state was a part of the fed at one time. I think the federation is more expansion minded than politically minded at times.

Actually "Monks" as in "another overpowered Caldari bloodline/background option like Civire/Mercenaries"

ALthough Khanid/Cyber Knights can start the game with a perception of 16, willpower of 10 so thats pretty bad too...

I know I said that the new bloodlines were going to be a Kali feature, but I believe I later posted that I was incorrect. Kyoko is correct, the new bloodlines are to be included with RMR, unless something drastic happens to prevent their inclusion.

Maybe, if you like the new characters more. It's pretty much a no go for people who have been playing forever, so maybe by having your main character be a new bloodline, you can tease us older players a bit.

If you've been playing a month then rerolling with one of the new DISGUSTINGLY OVERSTATTED BLOODLINE BACKGROUNDS should only cost you about a week of training time.
Have I mentioned that they are disgustingly overstatted?

I wouldn't worry too much about the stats on SiSi, they're not final yet.
