These are the specific gang bonuses for each titan. I think it's great that each ship has what is really a racial (or ship-racial) bonus - butis'nt the amarr one just...plainly not as good? 7.5% shield is a lot better than 7.5% cap charge, no?
also, will this mean that people will fit a ship depending what titan their alliance has? Example:
[5] get themselves a Caldari Titan, which gives you shield bonuses - does this mean that all of the [5] fleet are encouraged to shield tank over armour tank because they get the bonus? And would Red Alliance, who in this example have a minmatar titan, use lots of smaller, faster ships, and tracking disruptors, because of the sig decrease gang bonus?
Leviathan 7.5% bonus to gang membersÆ maximum shield HP per level
Avatar 7.5% bonus to gang membersÆ capacitor recharge rate per
Erebus 7.5% bonus to gang membersÆ maximum armor HP per level
Ragnarok 7.5% reduction in gang membersÆ signature radius per level

it gives every ship just under 2 built-in capcharger IIs - nothing to be sniffed at. using your example, it allows the fleet to either shield tank or armour tank with much better cap efficiancy

Cap is life, especially with the combat changes in the forthcoming patch, which tries to encourage tanking and make the fights longer.
Cap recharge bonus is most flexible, because cap is used to run nearly everything.
37.5% faster cap recharge (with fully trained titan) is so far ahead of the boosts the other titans get, it's not even funny o.O;

How about Minnie Titan, sure that bonus would be nice frig fleet roaming around, whee lets take the good old Ragnarok out for spin.
I might be wrong but is that 7.5% reduction in sig radius really going to make difference in normal lag... I mean fleet battle?

what I want to know, does that bonus apply to all people in gang, all people in gang in the same system, or all people in gang in the same grid?

Its a one off bonus that the ship has. --------

I hope that was meant sacrastically. There isn't much roaming when you are towing a Titan with you.
The 7.5 reduction in sig radius will keep your support better alive against battleship fire I guess.

With the minmatar titan, with a level 5 skill..
Phoons would have a sig rad of 200.
