The radical canges to SWG have been mentioned on here, and I suspect that more than one person is jumping ship now. The Eve community is generally more mature but there are exceptions...check the "Ships & Modules" forum for an eye opener
Anyway, welcome to Eve Mr. atHoth. Pull up a chair, you may be here a while. Oh and no swearing on the forums is allowed. The last guy who tried it had a visit from some moderators-in-black carrying some ground black pepper and a large garden vegetable. He hasn't been seen since

.......by the way, since I'm out of the loop like a nublet, what happened to SWG anyway? I played right after Jump to Lightspeed came out, but my free trial ended... what went sour?

I haven't played the game so don't know specifics, but apparently they've remade the entire game into a 3D Diablo II, scrapped most character classes (including ones which were introduced/boosted by some recent paid-for expansion, two weeks after it went on sale) and made it so people can be Jedi from the start. Don't know how that affects the game's balance but I can't imagine it'll be very pretty. Do you think if we pester the Devs enough they'll give us lightsabres? |

First, I would like to thank my parents, and Gawd, of course, the [23], my ex-girlfriend, my Dog (for being the one who sleeps with me now), My job (for paying me to become this accomplished), my coworkers (for taking up my slack during these trying times), all the 1337s, ubers, and omgwtfbbqers, noobs, carebears, pirates, the whorum fores, 206, lamers, ebayers, and even the lowly of the low, GTCers. If it weren't for all you people, I would have never have been able to do this.
Oh and since I'm now officially [24], I would just like to say that ChefAce = teH uber nub.
