TomB (and yes.... he is really SWEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEETTTTTTTTTTTT) stated on german TV, that the RMR patch will be deployed somewhere arround 6.12. / 7.12.
i didn¦t see a specific date in the news...
So, can some say something specific?

Just so you know, he only said Dec 6th or 7th, and purposely left out a year because it won't be out it next year...

I will be pleasantly surprised if they will be able to roll this patch out on the 6th.
But pessimist that I am I think they might have to delay 1 week so we will see the patch around the 13th.
Tbh I think this is their plan anyway so you will have people giving them kudo's for the fact they have the 'balls' to delay the patch and make it even better then when it would have been released on the 6th.
Shining an overall positive effect on CCP =)

yeah... you might want to take a look at sisi Devs said we should have full featured RMR blog by the end of this week with a complete list of what it will consist of finalized, and when they do that they normally release it within a week or two.

well the new feature freeze was put in last week - that happened before cold war about 2 weeks out from the initial date before QA kicked it back 2 weeks.
So i guess next week might be the inital date but if QA kills it back to the 13th or 20th but will CCP staff be working through xmas fully ?

Why won't English channels pick up up on important stories like that !

Ditto. Even if it's all ready by then, some content will not even have been thoroughly tested by next week.
It'll be december but don't expect a date. I am kind of hoping they keep it until a week before christmas as a christmas present :D.

hmmm well post implementation bugs will lead to some post xmas downtimes at least - otherwise id say early january if unforseen problems arise but a lot more people have been bug hunting on SISI so i guess its being picked up quicker, cold war went a lot better than exodus did so i guess they are leraning lessons each time

after getting off test... theres alot of things broken about to get started writing bug reports but heres a small summary.
1. Nos/neuts broken
2. NPC aggro totally broken. I just killed off half a spawn and the BS was 8km away happily trucking around the belt
3. High sec npcs got mixxed into the spawn tables in 0.0 and when they did get aggroed... I tanked a dual BS spawn in a BC that wasnt even set up for tanking that particular dmg type.
Off to write bug reports now.

This patch should be a long way off, as some said its not even all on the test server & what is there noone can use & will need alot of training before anyone can.
Only thing iv tested is drones & there still buggy.
dreads are hitting like 50-100 on BS & do better with large guns.
The market info for most items is there but the items are not & if you poke around that info its also misisng alot or has temp discriptions, e.g " hi mom " in a mother ship discription.

You noobs of course it will be in the next two weeks. I saw the test server and it has no show stopper. I dont think they played with the client much except for adding all the items to the market.
Besides they love throwing a ton of new stuff so everyone is playing Eve during the Christmas Holiday

There is a complete turrets and effects overhaaul in that patch. I think this is the most massive change to the client for a long time.
I am optimistic that it will be kinda smooth. Ofc the server will go down all the time for hotfixes but hey it would do with more QA time as well.
