Great. I like sing drones and now I ahve to train Amarr cruiser lv.5 to use the best nos/drone cruiser. I find that there's somethign wrong in the fact that it gets 150m^3 drone bay with no bonuses while Ishtar (Which is Gallente and should therefore be the better drone cruiser) needs HAC lv.5 to achieve the same. Nerf Curse's drone bay! And boost Gallente recons, they suck! Damn Amarr loving devs. Next we'll see a Khanid ship that's better at missiles than Raven....

As soon as armor-related bonuses become an exclusively "Amarr thing" and hybrid bonuses a "Caldari thing", then you can do that. Taranis can have a drone bonus instead.

For the love of god. At least get your facts straight before you post such a bunch of ****. Curse has 150 m3 drone bay, while the Ishtar has 125 m3 and to even fly it you need HAC to lvl 1. That means that it'll have a MINIMUM of 175 m3 from the get go.
So someone with HAC 5 will have 375 m3 drone bay on his Ishtar - That is enough for THREE full waves of heavy drones. Compare that to the 6 heavy drones of the Curse...

And the Amarr have always relyed on drones as it's main back up weapon. Look at the drone bay on the Armageddon as an example. While never approaching the level of drone use as the Gallante, they have never-the-less invested some of their tech into drone use. I suppose that come RP wise from being allied to the Gallante.
On the other hand, being the idiots that Amarr can sometimes be, on a few ships we completely ignore drone bays. I'd have to check but possibly more than the other races.
My, aren't we a complex race.

Was thinking RP-wise this came more from the whole slavery thing... having bunch of small minions to buzz around and do what you tell them... very Amarr thing, really -.^
(plus, Gallente are helping the Minmatar and the Amarr are by natural opposition more allied with Caldari.. aren't they? ^^;;
