I had someone ask me today whether it was true or not. It was the first I heard of it. I figure there would be a bit more notice of when it was going to happen...

So, who's giving the odds and taking the bets on tomorrow?
I hear someone giving 3:1 for next week, so tomorrow must be a good clean 15:1, in which case, put me down for 500 million isk

last night, oveur said, in the middle of jita "tentative release date of RMR is tuesday 13th December". that may be subject to change though

If there is RMR Patching it will annouced well in advance since the patch will be quite big.

indeed, your rumour is LIEZ and it was really just a lure to get a dev to post the real date, wasn't it!
I'd expect RMR after the CCP christmas office party/hols (december 28th is still december )

Every patch i have seen on EVE did have a 1 week warning before (or more when it was pushed back). And i don't think they will make a Christmas surprise with today is patch day.

Im not a dev but i can ssure you its not tommorow and yes patches are announced well in advance. I would expect the patch somewhere around christmass.
Btw, devs cant say with certainty when its gonna be released either, if they find any large bugs or the Q&A people start freaking out the patch will simply be delayed

I highly doubt it will be tomorrow as there are no patch notes, however I will ask if someone can give an offical reply before people take days off just in case
