Would it be a good idea to let people know what CCP know about cases like this. (Or that they dont)
This would in my opinion reduce the posts in forums, asking any explanations. Any post from devs acknowledging the situation would be better than no sign of case being studied/fixed.
Would calm my thoughts, at least

yeah im wondering does CCP ( Crowd control productions ) do this on purpose to make us go into shock...so that we end up playing even more than normal.....or is it just me......

Dunno about some hamsters or mouses, but i sure know that maby some responds from you ccp workin ppl would help ppl like me to make up theyr mind if to just go out again or is it gona be up soon.
Maby some ppl use dinner breaks for eve and such a stuff and would love to know somewthing else than a hamster joke from the devs, after all, we pay you guys sellary.Just a point.

its only a game.its not that important that its 12.20 and the servers still aren't up.
Its ok. the world will not end. the npc's wont leave cos they think we dont love them anymore.
we can get through this if we all just sit back, let go of the mouse and look out of the window. If we're lucky a bird might fly past and we can appreciate its grace
