KOS was formed when we were half through the Mass refinery, 
1. we controled the station not mass, you need to read the mails you get before you talk.

Doesnt change the fact that MASS and other SA corps had docking rights (there were even some clone contracts), we simply wanted to cut you off your economical resources. That wouldnt have happened (or ensured) if we asked KOS to remove those rights, they would deny that they even exist, why trust ex-SA corps. I rather pity KOS, not that they cant put up a fight and defend them selves but because they are cought in the middle of a conflict that doesnt really concerns them.
Anyway I kindly ask you to drop this, as the topic at hand is actually about SE and CYVOKs rather funny ultimatom.
Well We are not like SE, we give all corps not in KOS time to move out. WE dont put plays ships and sh!t they had in hangers in lockdown and tell they to pay 20bil to get it back like some ppl

This lasted for about a week, then KoS broke the agreement and launched a well-planned pos attack. So in reality they attacked us not the other way around, we're just fighting back. In fact Shifu was true to his word, as we nap'ed a brand new alliance made of ex-SA asap, and it was up to them to become hostiles.
well creamy u guys broke it frist you guys was 1 help defend omist but you guy stand in D2 and let NBSI and Slackers in and target us. you need to read frist before you talk!!!! and you told us that cujo is not the boss and the agreement he made is no good and he cant make one!
