I'm not entirley sure if this could be implemented easily, but it would add very interesting aspects to the game if members of a corporation were able to conduct a mutiny. Conducting it might require that a certian percentage of the corporation members (secretley?) petition amongst themselves to vote for a new leader and if it goes through kick the old one out. This would be a cool way to get rid of a crappy corp leaders and to test copry devotion. For instance a loyal corporation member catches wind of it and rats the others so they get dropped from the corp. There would be several aspects involved as you can see and would probably make the game much more realistic and colorful (you know you think about killing your boss every now and then  ). Anywho, let me know what you guys think, I doubt it will be taken seriously though.

not a bad idea, I think we've all been in situations where this would be handy. it would also make ceo's a little more cautious about who they recruit.

and i supose you would keep all the stuff the corp leader had aquired?bp's equipment and all that

Mutiny's might be a good idea, but it should require at 75-95% of corp members to vote yes to organize one. What you could do is it'd be like initiating a vote except you could set up a black/white list of who to send/not send the vote to.
This way it could be useful if the leader really is horrible but wouldn't be easily abusable.

Correct me if I'm wrong but can't you already (if you have the skills needed) run for CEO? Call for a vote amoungst the Corporation to elect you instead of the incumbent? This works just like a mutiny. If your plan fails, the incumbent will know, and you won't be around anymore :)

My view is that a Mutiny can only happens in a place that is 100% phisical, like a ship, you take control and you throw the old leader away. But in corporation I think this is impossible, the corp is OWNED by someone not only phisically but legally, soo if leader is killed things go to the vice and soo on...
Just an example...a bank account need a password, you can kill the leader but the bank will not give you the password to the account.
Logically this cant work
But the idea is not bad at all...maybe if you work that a little bit...

You can run a CEO vote which all the share holders can vote on, if you and your friends own 51% of the shares youve got everything you need for your hostile takeover
