As I understand their systems, they basically have a KIng or Queen, who is the only one paid by the government, the rest of the blue blood hanger ons have to work like real people do. Also they don't own great tracts of land which they use to inflate their already obscene wealth. Hell, the way the American make a fuss over our Royals, I don't know whey we just don't 'Transport' them all to our ex-colony and see if they can still sponge off folks as they do over here.
