Well, if this is encountered a lot (wasn't aware of that many people post about it), perhaps CCP could look into it. It would definitely help new players with their exploration efforts. On the matter of low-sec, I've thought about it, because you can at least fire at them without CONCORD interference, but I'll do the option Seraph Essael provided.

ETA: I'll help you. Your option is to go to lowsec. There, anyone coming into your plex is coming to kill you for your ****. The bonus is that you can attempt to kill them first, with no silly CONCORD intervention.

read on the sites, carry in your hold the gold tags, hacker cards, etc to skip rooms. learn the triggers, kill only the dps that you need to sustain your tank while you kill and loot the lootship. and above all, deal faction specific damage and fit a faction specific tank. use faction ammo or T2, depending on the target. carry paste to repair the modules that you should be overloading, etc, etc.

a faction specific tank that pushes resists up to 70% therm/kin tank can make sites like the serpentis 4/10 extremely easy to tank. a caracal can do it with t2 hams, and since the last ship is a battleship you will apply the paper DPS shooting rage missiles. i know that for a new player that might be pushing it, but the same tank on a drake will pretty much make the drake invulnerable to the rats. and require a lot less training.

if you can afford it the pirate variants like the gila can make highsec sites even faster than with the old t3.


remember that the people that fly around blitzing those sites are pushing their tanks to the limit. often they fit omnitanks so they don't have to refit, so if they steal your stuff follow them and if you have a few catalysts and a few corpmates, help the NPCs defend their overseer!.

I'm against the idea of forcing anyone anywhere, such as out of high sec. i say play where you want to...BUT...accept the fact that there are and should be consequences for every choice. Some people don't get that which is why you get whinning about various things from high sec people and whining about cynos and cloaky folk from some null sec people (*cough RenterBears cough*).

One of the consequences of "exploring" in congested high sec space where you can't use force to prevent someone from taking your loot is...someone is going to take your loot and if you shoot them you get CONCORD. Don't like that, leave high sec and never have to worry about that (but then have to worry about other stuff), OR get better/faster/luckier and stay in high sec.

Of course that takes effort and being responsible for one's own enjoyment. Some people can't do that and it won't be long before there are calls of "CONCORD should shoot people who still my plex loot" or something.....

The guy came here looking for help to his problem. I see one person provided good feedback. You on the other hand write multiple paragraphs trying to make it look like itGÇÖs all this guys fault someone is taking his stuff. I think of it as his since he entered the site. I know it goes to who gets it though. Same thing use to happen in eq2 a mmo i use to play. Would be harvesting a node and somone else would come up harvest on the same node, even though plenty other were spread around.
