yea it was 19000 when i logged on...but now my client is taking forever to load wherever im going :) i think im gonna stay docked for a while :P
The Damsel is no longer in distress. She was rescued enough times that she got the hint and installed better security systems at home. |

The lag is being caused by the 600+ people in each core system. Pre-patch, there was never more than 400. I wonder why...

worst time imaginable.
this lag is from stations and at a guess people being docked in them.
theres almost no lag in systems with no stations out in 0.0.
maybe some 1 shoulda restricted server capacity.

any mmorpg can get 22k with so much lag that it's unplayable.
Id liek to see eve with 22k players without or almost no lag for once.

I'm all for more players and all that. Whoopy...
But I would prefer it that the server was still playable, which frankly at the moment it is not.....
I know it's a drastic proposal and I will be flamed untill I am a smoldering pile of ash but:
Is it possible to block all trial accounts ect. untill you guys have really done something on the hardware and software lvl to improve the lag drastically.
So that the paying customers actually have some breathing room?
After the necessary optimizations by all means get the trial accounts ect back as they insure a new influx of players.
And another small point of critizism: what's with all the marketing in Asia while you guys still ain't got that asian server up and running........

Its nice but with the server in its current condition all you are doing is making more work for the devs and GM's because people will get lagged and file about a billion petitions, way to go

It's days like this that make me glad that I'm in a backwater region of Eve...
Even now though, I'm starting to see some annoying lag. Plenty playable though.

Same here,with the exception that i've been lagging all weekend and i've never been in a system with more than 40 players in that time
