Greetings.
As you know, the Serpentis Corporation was engaged in a fight with members of Celestial Apocalypse, Vertigo Coalition, and Fountain Alliance a week ago. This was unfortunate, but expected. What was not expected was the destruction of Admiral Rembran's dreadnought. While I was not pleased at this turn in events, I was happy to see that the boundaries of this conflict were being drawn. With that in mind, I authorized Admiral Siral to enter YZ-LQL with a heavy patrol, to exterminate members of those three groups as well as any members of Xelas Alliance that we found.
Upon our entry, Admiral Siral kept her profile to a minimum. Members from all parties except the Vertigo Coalition immediately contacted her and informed her of their sadness upon the loss of the dreadnought. Celestial Apocalypse even apologized on GalNet, saying that they were sorry for the turn of events.
This was unacceptable. Mere words cannot assuage our anger over the loss. We were preparing for a long siege of the system when Kinsy of Celestial Apocalypse proposed a duel between their side and Xelas Alliance. Seeing our aggressors shoot each other was acceptable. Celestial Apocalypse, Vertigo Coalition, and Fountain Alliance won the engagement. However, we require one more thing before we can accept working with these groups.
Those pilots who participated in the destruction of Admiral Rembran's dreadnought must be punished. I ban them from flying with the Serpentis Corporation. The Vertigo Coalition has already received a list of their aggressive pilots. Here are those who remain unpunished:
Celestial Apocalypse: Jonkai, Salek, Little Wolf, Bannion, DrVomact, Dabster
Fountain Alliance: Zorac Amarr, M0RPH, Puncher, Lindenn, JiJiCle, fafa2365, Derkan, RelkWolf, Chemo, quellious, Dhan, Del Torres, Mimiru, raskolnikoff
This is effective immediately. If any of these pilots are flying with either Vertigo Coalition, Celestial Apoacalypse, or Fountain Alliance, while escorting the Serpentis Corporation, then they will be shot on sight.
The following entities are already designated hostile by Serpentis patrols in the Fountain region:
Xelas Alliance Band of Brothers Alliance
That is all.

Let's refresh your memory.
I'd positively love an answer to this question.

That's an interesting though rather desperate looking move. Mr Sarpati must have been really drugged up when he decided upon those orders. Not to mention jumping onto a sinking ship might be a bad idea... ------------------

It is interesting that you bring this incident up. The past is past. Mr. Sarpati was able to complete his daring theft, and the Fountain Alliance was punished for its actions.

Haha, yes, that's news to me
If you meant that little excursion over a few days consisting of around 8-10 Serpentis mercs in Souped-up Megathrons, that wasn't much of a punishment. The losses they inflicted were more then payed off with the loot the (consistently destroyed) ships dropped

I think the only people who actually "punished" FA were the MC and [5] pilots who escorted the titan to Serpentis Prime on the night of the theft. I heard of nothing further taking place as a result of those events. At least, nothing of any signifigance, either on GalNet nor from Mr. Sarpati.
This is an interesting turn of events, though, and I look forward to seeing how it plays out. -

Since the so-called "Serpentis Corporation" is now just the trading and research arm of the Angel Cartel, I don't see why anyone would want to fly with them to be honest.. oh... unless they're wannabe 'rats of course.
Silly me - forgot about those people.
Congratulations to anyone who made it onto the Serpentis 'hostile' list. Kudos - great job guys...

Tuvan Orth and the Internal Security branch of the Serpentis Corporation would disagree with our passivity. We are taking an active role in the pacification of the Fountain region, and will be working in tandem with the Guardian Angels. As to the punishment of Fountain Alliance, their losses in recent months have more than made up for their failed attack on the Molyneux.
Jonkai, your corporation abided by these conditions during our patrol today. The pilot Salek was warned, as was the Fountain Alliance pilot M0RPH, and both seemed genuinely repentant about their actions. This ban on Serpentis activities is temporary, and if your corporation continues to aid us, you will be allowed to participate.

Firing on invdividual members will not ne allowed.

You serpentis are pretty incompetent, but at least you aren't cowards.
I'm glad to see there are consequences for those who betray you.

Edited by: Talyn Draco on 21/12/2005 06:05:21 Grand Admiral Junsest, Xelas Alliance is not here for your amusment. We engage VC, celest and Fa as our enemies NOT for serpentis enjoyment. It's also blatently apparent that serpentis is a shell of what it once was requiring pilots from other alliances and corps to do their fighting for them, even AFTER thos same pilots have engaged your forces!

We fought you to gain back favour with Serpentis, to prove we were truly sorry and wished to clean Fountain of the scum that currently resides there.
All you do is run with your tails between your legs when CELES or Serpentis arrive in what appears to be where you are currently squatting.
Enough talk, more fighting. Perhaps then you will gain back some respect from Serpentis.

Admiral,
I shall keep this short, as we are currently evaluating our stance in response to your statement.
Celes and FA fight Xelas and BoB. Asking our pilots to stay 'out of the way' or be shot is not only unrealistic, it is also quite insulting to those members, hence provoking their own, unique responses.
We are willing to work with you but this is not progress.
Many alliances in the past have fought and lost countless billions of ISKs worth of ships and then come together to fight a common enemy. We share enemies, and it would be foolish to have to exclude pilots from combat operations because of the mistakes of the past.

We arent like celest, we dont care weather or not some drug dealing pirates respect us LOL.
IMNSHO tactically speaking the serpentis military leadership is as clumsy as it is stupid. Perhaps they are sampling to much of their own product? <that would be the drugs they make for thos less evolved to get it > -----------------------

Glad to see that FA, Celes, and VC combined beating Xelas Alliance is sooo much to boast about Shame none of our Fleet Commanders were present.
Good luck with the fleet guys

Your excuse is not having any fleet commanders? I fear it would have made little difference either way Gerontiq, you still had superior numbers.

"Your excuse is not having any fleet commanders? I fear it would have made little difference either way Gerontiq, you still had superior numbers."
... How's that possible? In all different threads over GalNet, it'd appear the official line of Celestial Apocalypse, FA and VS is "there's no Xelas in Fountain, we've killed them, they are all leaving in panic, the only force remaining in numbers is us". How did then Xelas manage to throw in battle a force larger than the three of you combined..? o.O;

I think you have misunderstood, Xelas are present in large numbers in Fountain, they're just not present any further than 999m from the Serpentis station in A-1CON. IF and when they do fight it is only with larger numbers, i'm sure you can establish why yourself.

"I think you have misunderstood, Xelas are present in large numbers in Fountain"
Well, but then it's just opposite to the claims your corporation and your allies have been making on regular basis... we were all repeatedly told Xelas was beaten and sent running, in the middle of pulling out of Fountain, or already pulled out, due to your valiant efforts. Now they're suddenly still there, and in numbers larger than yours, too boot.
Surely you can see how conflicting stories like that, all coming from the same source... can confuse someone easily ;s
