Being currently at work, my own results are at home, but I will edit and add them later for my own two-bits. According to the test, I'm a very strong judgement and introvert based person, which I wholeheartedly agree with.

"and they are willing to dismiss employees who cannot get with the program and increase their efficiency" This got me into trouble also. Hard to fire someone when they are encourged by the boss to brown-nose. "they can and will abandon any procedure when it can be shown to be ineffective in accomplishing its goal" And my boss cant stand being wrong..even when I've proven my way was more efficent. This got me in the biggest trouble and a demotion. You know I realize now that I'm not compatible with my job or more so my boss.

Its rather scary when you actually find something that pegs you down to a 't' like that; I know when I read mine, I couldn't help but smirk. I've tried a long time to explain my thinking process to my peers, but it seems someone has done a much, much better job than I. Such is why I decided to share this test with others, and the experience of "wow...".
