For those willing to participate, go to this site, complete the exam, and post your results. Being currently at work, my own results are at home, but I will edit and add them later for my own two-bits.
According to the test, I'm a very strong judgement and introvert based person, which I wholeheartedly agree with.

ENTJs have a natural tendency to marshall and direct. This may be expressed with the charm and finesse of a world leader or with the insensitivity of a cult leader. The ENTJ requires little encouragement to make a plan. One ENTJ put it this way... "I make these little plans that really don't have any importance to anyone else, and then feel compelled to carry them out."

You know I read the links for my type. Scary... The last paragraph for "FieldMarshal Rational" hit so on the mark.
Quote: They are ever intent on reducing bureaucratic red tape, task redundancy, and aimless confusion in the workplace, and they are willing to dismiss employees who cannot get with the program and increase their efficiency. Although Fieldmarshals are tolerant of established procedures, they can and will abandon any procedure when it can be shown to be ineffective in accomplishing its goal. Fieldmarshals root out and reject ineffectiveness and inefficiency, and are impatient with repetition of error.
That is what has gotten me introuble at my work.
In my case I see this as asskissing -"intent on reducing bureaucratic red tape" I cant stand dealing with someone who got where they are without working for it.
"and they are willing to dismiss employees who cannot get with the program and increase their efficiency" This got me into trouble also. Hard to fire someone when they are encourged by the boss to brown-nose.
"they can and will abandon any procedure when it can be shown to be ineffective in accomplishing its goal" And my boss cant stand being wrong..even when I've proven my way was more efficent. This got me in the biggest trouble and a demotion.
You know I realize now that I'm not compatible with my job or more so my boss.

Its rather scary when you actually find something that pegs you down to a 't' like that; I know when I read mine, I couldn't help but smirk. I've tried a long time to explain my thinking process to my peers, but it seems someone has done a much, much better job than I. Such is why I decided to share this test with others, and the experience of "wow...".

No idea why, but
ENFP Extroverted = 33% Intuitive = 25% Feeling = 25% Perceiving = 33%
ENFPs are both "idea"-people and "people"-people, who see everyone and everything as part of an often bizarre cosmic whole. They want to both help (at least, their own definition of "help") and be liked and admired by other people, on bo th an individual and a humanitarian level. They are interested in new ideas on principle, but ultimately discard most of them for one reason or another.
Social/Personal Relationships: ENFPs have a great deal of zany charm, which can ingratiate them to the more stodgy types in spite of their unconventionality. They are outgoing, fun, and genuinely like people. As SOs/mates they are warm, affectionate (l ots of PDA), and disconcertingly spontaneous. However, attention span in relationships can be short; ENFPs are easily intrigued and distracted by new friends and acquaintances, forgetting about the older ones for long stretches at a time. Less mature ENFPs may need to feel they are the center of attention all the time, to reassure them that everyone thinks they're a wonderful and fascinating person.
(I see perception, but where are charisma / memory / intel / willpower in these stats???) --

Colour me a fieldmarshall, supervisor and inventor ... or, perhaps, a raving, self-centered, judgmental maniac!
"ENTJs are decisive. They see what needs to be done, and frequently assign roles to their fellows. Few other types can equal their ability to remain resolute in conflict, sending the valiant (and often leading the charge) into the mouth of hell. When challenged, the ENTJ may by reflex become argumentative. Alternatively (s)he may unleash an icy gaze that serves notice: the ENTJ is not one to be trifled with."
But I'm actually incredibly nice! No, really, I said NICE! DON'T YOU ARGUE WITH ME!
Actually, this could explain why I haven't got around to joining a corp in a little while.

The Portrait of the Inspector (iStJ)
Inspector Guardians look carefully and thoroughly at the people and institutions around them. Making up perhaps as much as ten percent of the general population, Inspectors are characterized by decisiveness in practical affairs, are the guardians of institutions, and if only one adjective could be selected, ôsuperdependableö would best describe them. Whether at home or at work, Inspectors are nothing if not dependable, particularly when it comes to examining the people and products they are responsible forùquietly seeing to it that uniform quality is maintained, and that those around them uphold certain standards of attitude and conduct.
These quiet, no-nonsense Guardians have a distaste for and distrust of fanciness in speech, dress, and living space. Their words tend to be simple and down-to-earth, not showy or high-flown; their clothes are often homespun and conservative rather than of the latest fashion; and their home and work environments are usually neat, orderly, and traditional, rather than up-to-date or luxurious. In their choice of personal property (cars, furnishings, jewelry, and so on) price and durability are just as important as comfort or appearance. Classics, antiques, and heirlooms are especially valued, having achieved a certain time-honored statusùInspectors prefer the old-fashioned to the newfangled every time. Even on vacation, Inspectors tend not to be attracted by exotic foods, beverages, or locales.
The idea of dishonoring a contract also bothers an Inspector ùtheir word is their bondùand they naturally communicate a message of trustworthiness and stability, which can make them successful in business. With their eye for detail, Inspectors make good business men and women, librarians, dentists, optometrists, legal secretaries, and law researchers. High school and college teachers of business administration, home economics, physical education, civics, and history tend to be Inspectors, as do quartermaster officers in the military.

notice this is part of the Myres Briggs personality test that is frequently administered by psychologists and in America at least is certified as a true personality quiz.
Also as far as corilation between types goes, NF and nts don't mix,its a matter of heart over mind and visa versa. And Sp's and Sjs don't mix due to the struggle of order and chaos, most children who are supposed problem children in school actually are sps and simply can't stand the repetiveness of doing homework and so forth so thus problems arise.
Also you base personality type is something your born with but the extroverted/introverted and judging/percieving part is determind by your enviroment and life experience so one part is how you think and the other is how you interact with others/your enviroment. 3 years of psychology classes in collage and at the college level ftw! The people who think RMR is cool are coincidently the same people who paid to see Gili.

Well not officially really but the rule of thumb is that Sps and NFs get along notice the majority of people in the world are SPs and Sjs,then its NTs,us NFs are rare ones and as stated the Introverted and Extrovertated part varies,2 years ago I was a ENFP,now that I am older and wiser I am a INFP,this is really showing how you are atm in time.

The Idealists called Teachers are abstract in their thought and speech, cooperative in their style of achieving goals, and directive and extraverted in their interpersonal relations. Learning in the young has to be beckoned forth, teased out from its hiding place, or, as suggested by the word "education," it has to be "educed." by an individual with educative capabilities. Such a one is the eNFj, thus rightly called the educative mentor or Teacher for short. The Teacher is especially capable of educing or calling forth those inner potentials each learner possesses. Even as children the Teachers may attract a gathering of other children ready to follow their lead in play or work. And they lead without seeming to do so.
Teachers expect the very best of those around them, and this expectation, usually expressed as enthusiastic encouragement, motivates action in others and the desire to live up to their expectations. Teachers have the charming characteristic of taking for granted that their expectations will be met, their implicit commands obeyed, never doubting that people will want to do what they suggest. And, more often than not, people do, because this type has extraordinary charisma.
The Teachers are found in no more than 2 or 3 percent of the population. They like to have things settled and arranged. They prefer to plan both work and social engagements ahead of time and tend to be absolutely reliable in honoring these commitments. At the same time, Teachers are very much at home in complex situations which require the juggling of much data with little pre-planning. An experienced Teacher group leader can dream up, effortlessly, and almost endlessly, activities for groups to engage in, and stimulating roles for members of the group to play. In some Teachers, inspired by the responsiveness of their students or followers, this can amount to genius which other types find hard to emulate. Such ability to preside without planning reminds us somewhat of an Provider, but the latter acts more as a master of ceremonies than as a leader of groups. Providers are natural hosts and hostesses, making sure that each guest is well looked after at social gatherings, or that the right things are expressed on traditional occasions, such as weddings, funerals, graduations, and the like. In much the same way, Teachers value harmonious human relations about all else, can handle people with charm and concern, and are usually popular wherever they are. But Teachers are not so much social as educational leaders, interested primarily in the personal growth and development of others, and less in attending to their social needs.
Does that mean i can be a lecturer then
