They both have the capacity of using a covert ops cloaking just like covert ops but they also have good firepower , semi-has resistance and more. 
The pilgrim is the arbitrator T2 version with a great bonus on nosferatu/neutralyser ( 20% amount per lvl ),5 low and 5 med 
The falcon is the blackbird T2 version that's why he have 3 bonus on ecm ( optimal/capacitor use/strenght ) and 7 med slot !
They are currently prod in doussivite , the price for each one is 180M.

and the falcon is also the weaker cobert opps version , rook is the combat version
just for information

The curse and the rook can't use covert ops cloaking device....

I wouldnt say weaker is the right word. They can warp while cloaked. |

Yes we sell the covert ops cloaking device ( cocd ) and you can warp cloaked with it but it needs a big load of cpu ==> pilgrim and falcon can use it because of their bonus : -96% to -100% reduction in Cloaking Device CPU use per level

Frenchy, perhaps you should offer an express service for people who need the ship right away and are willing to pay a premium of 30 mil or so. It just seems that at current prices there is just too much demand. People who absolutely need to have the ship right away should have the option of buying from you instead of from a re-seller.

Frenchy, what you might try is pull the bpo for a day and put it in for copying. Make a few max run copies then you can build as many ships at once as you have copies to run. Since the copies will never leave your operation, there wouldn't be any fear of diluting demand....and you'd be able to provide to customers at an increased rate.

It takes more time to make a one run copy than it takes to build a ship. It could be a good idea to research it to PE1 as that will drop the build time with 10%, although that takes a few days to complete

NEW UPDATE ON COCD OFFER: covert ops cloaking device will now be sell for 15M instead of 10M because we can't found any improved cloaking cheaper than 10M
All order recon + COCD done after the 03/01 19:30 will have their price increase to 165M . If you wish to withdraw the covert ops cloaking device from your order just say it ( but according to the last price check in empire , 15M is still under average price )

UPDATE ON COCD OFFER AND PILGRIM :due to the fact that improved cloaking going more and more expensive, we can't sell anymore the cocd for 15M , the price is now up to 25M ( we prod them for 23M or so )all cocd ordered before this post will be of course sell to 15M.Also we decided to put a new pilgrim price : 140M

Sorry we only sell the cocd for 25M with a ship : if you want do buy more than one, you'll need a) to pay a little more , b) to buy another ship
