But what you need to realize is that D7 is supposively sharing server load with empire space. Today, during the battle the server had 20-21k people on it. Most of them most likely in empire. Was there this many people on line a few days ago? I don't recall there was. Because of the structure of the nodes in Eve. It may not be ANYONES fault on the lag. Think how many systems from D7 to Jita or whereever else are on the same server. There was PA/NBSI fleets about as well in other systems. A few days ago, I only recall FE being involved in that particular skirmish. If all the alliance and their allies were to enter battle at once, it surely would lag the heck out of the server. I mean come on, you guys PvP in Jita. Just imagine that x10.

If we wanted to crash the node why would we have jumped to wh then? You are frustrated by the lag, so are we. Do you think it's much fun for us getting stuck on warp? I just want a fight, and the lag **es me off as much as anybody..

Having witnessed the fight from the F-E side, I DO know for sure that its not from an F-E alt, because there were no commands targeted at lag-causing at all, there were even some commands that were done to try to decrease the lag in the system. Anyways, knowning that it was a .5. post, I have to admit that it is a really professional one. Its fabulously written, sounding really authentic and the idea itself and the psychological effects are great. I've had some courses on sociology of advertisements back at the university, I've learned a few tricks there to influence people but this one is really great. Not fair but effective. Back at my courses the prof always explained how to counter the kind of attacks he taught us, but as did not mention this one, I don't know the right answer to this post. Is here anyone who knows how to counter posts like this? Is there some general pattern which can be used to wipe it out? (not this specific one, but this kind, some anonymous 'honest' guy telling seemingly the 'truth' but being afraid of retribution of his bosses)
