First off, yes I am an alt. I would prefer to post with my main and will do so if this post is still alive. I must protect my self because rumor's going around that speaking opinions that leadership don't share can lead to dismissal without warning.
Today .5. assembled a large fleet of around 70 battleships with 10 ATUK dreadnoughts in-toe with the aim to kill some player operated starbases in our capital of D7. Despite ample warnings we failed to get organised fast enough, but, that can happen to anyone during the holidays. My alt was in the station sorting a ship loadout for a corp mate when .5. arrived and began to assult a P.O.S. in D7. The lag was hideous as I could not even fit my frigates as the modules wouldnt drag. During this, there were many capsuleres shouting in alliance channel to copy bookmarks and to log all your alts into D7 to lag .5. out. Despite .5. being a rather unsavory opponent and having dirty tactics themselves, this appalled me. I started asking, ARENT WE BETTER THAN THIS?!? I got evemails telling me to "STFU or log off miner" by more than two of my alliance mates. So I logged off out of frusteration.
Later in the evening, .5. came at us yet again and managed to destroy another P.O.S. However, this time our able commanders had organised a defense and met our brothers-in-blood PA and NBSI and had a sizeable fleet ready to defend our capital. We deployed our fleet at a strategic juncture to force .5.'s hand. .5. took the bait and readied an attack. However, the order was issed for our ships to deploy drones. I couldnt believe this. We knew .5. had maybe 2/3 the numbers we had and we had forced their hand to fight us at our terms. Why would we need to shame ourselves by dropping drones with our battleships that were 120KM off the gate? Maybe .5. (espicially atuk) doesnt deserve any fair play from us, but if we want to be better, we need to play better. When I spoke up, I was shouted down again. All the drones did was lag us out and cause confusion aplenty in our com's. Needless to say, we lost the field and the battle and I strongly feel it was due to using the unnecessary drone protocol.
I'm not sure where I'll go, but I hope I can find some sense of sportsmanship. I'm sure numberous F-E guys will know who I am, but hopefully I will have moved the rest of my assests out safely before the blue-on-blue fire comenses.
22 hours to go...
P.S. I hope the good guys I know in F-E will step up and take control of this and regain what we use to have, our honor. I know you guys will prevail and I hope this serves as a wakeup to you all.

I've run EVE on less. Not sure the GFX card is compatable, but aside from that the EVE application will technically run.

hello .5. alt
when i logged in (after node crash) i never saw such crap in alliance or military
if there were such comments ealrier made by anynone then send an evemail to allaince leader with the names of those ppl ( if there were any at all)
i hate such things aswell as do most f-e i think, the ones who bring up such tactics are usually not the ones who fight
no orders were given to deploy drones, at some point someone recomended to deploy sentry drones, but he wasnt FC and were never able to issue any orders
when .5. jumped in there were 3-5 drones deployed by 1 guy of the entire gang
you are clueless, you have no balls, you are probably not even f-e
if you are f-e stand up to things you dont like or get the **** out

TBH we are beyond thinking that one day we will get a fight on our terms.
Tiwas please explain all the drones 140km of the gate... and before you say it, our support never left the gate.

aman sul when you jumped in i only saw drones deployed by 1 person, after you jumped in i didnt pay attention anymore if our ppl deployed drones or not
perhaps some deployed drones after you jumped in to be rdy in case support gets here, but as said i didnt pay attention to that once you were in

IF there were ppl who suggested that take the log and send it to alliance leader and GM's
these ppl should get a warning for even suggesting such a thing, IF they did, as i said during the time i was on i never saw the crap this (prolly) .5. alt is talking about

tbh, if you were to jump into them, theyd deploy drones. Everyone does it, its why, when im FC, im reluctant to jump into people that are setup on a gate
Veritas did it to us, even though we never deployed drones when they jumped to us. Its lame and i dislike it
As for copying BMs to create lag, thats a bit crap really and i hope is not what was done

Aye i'll be dissapointed if its a 5 alt.
However i must say that FE/NBSI/PA showed they have no backbone what so ever tonight, once again. Stand up for your space or you will lose it.
Tycalos > everyone log in at once to lag them out and crash the node

This sounds just like what happened to me when I was in PA and spoke out against (allegedly) lame and underhanded tactics. I reacted differently, I didn't log off out of frustration, I simply Evolved.
Is it coincidence that many of the same people in PA are now in leadership of F-E?

We managed to crash the system. It appeared to go to the ****er when all those POS started to go "Online" while we were attacking it. I had to relog 4 times just to load the system.
We managed to have a nice fight in WH- after we jumped from D7. Of course the lag was bad but playable this time.
Too bad you guys would not warp to us in D7 and protect your POS.

Wrong, everyone that fights us, knows we never deploy drones to lag out an opponent.
Oh, and we were actually shooting their second pos down, while the PA and NBSI fleet were sitting pretty in the next system (they even had a f-e fleet in our same system). They never tried to jump in and help defend the pos. So after killing 2 pos and being very lagged, we decided to show our enemies what ******* look like, and jumped INTO them, with their drones out and everything. Sure we had INCREDIBLY bad lag, but we prevailed.

Please atuk, if you proof of anyone intentionally creating lag in FE to gain an advantage file an exploit petition.
If you think alt posts pretending to be FE members is going to ruin our morale and make us press the 'i quit' button you are going to be very disappointed. We had a good fight. Both sides getting plenty of kills and holding their own. Why cant we just leave it at that? I'm pretty sure fights like todays are what both sides had in mind when we decided to fight each other. Both sides had fun. Let it go. |

I have to use this Alt to save myself from the wrath of my alliances
For too long now, the five have been overcoming the mutal lag of the northern systems to deafeat the might pheonix alliance, forsaken empie and NBSI alliance, under 2 to 1 or 3 to 1 odds, I have tried to speak out against this mindless slaughter only to be put down in corp, alliance and eve-mail. i can nolonger bare this mindles slaughter of peaceful bistot loving eve players. I say to the evil leaders of 5, let our people be.
