At long last, I have 10bill isk in liquid assets. So, big shots all, tell us what you would do with it? I might even give it all away for a really great idea

I would probably start buying/fitting the ship of my dreams, and pimp it out with all officer modules etc.
Would probably never use it in PvP, but that would make no matter to me

I would try to start a market control of a product.
Let's say you buy all tritanium on Sinq, then flush them at really low price in The Citadel.
No really a way to gain cash with trit, but try with less common products, im sure you could get some fun

Invest in a Carrier/Dred BPO. Either Sell out contracts to build or make BPCs and sell them on escrow.

see if you can buy every BPO of one product and halt the production of that product, say a LAR II.
Also buy an Accomm Large Repper BPO.
No production of LAR II's will send the prices of Accomms through the roof!!

I would host a sit-in on caldari-prime with as many caldari players 10 billion could buy and crash that system and announce to CCP that they would get the system back if the Caldari get Caldari prime back.
If I pay 10 mil afterwards to the players I could have 1000 pilots in that space.

But in your case I would build a fleet of minmatar players and bomb everyone out of Amarr =)

all large rep 2 bpo would probably cost more than 10b, if you could even get the owners to sell them. and there's no large accom bpo because that's named loot.
10b would get you a nice t2 ship bpo or two though.

Sounds like you npc'd, mf'ed, mined, or trannied alot of time away. Create some intrique by developing 2 alts to get a faction war started in 0.0. How many allainces could you disrupt and bring to war and fulfill the profit margins of your main's wallet.
Or begin the Eve greatest race to run some guantlet of 0.0 space...and donate to me a few million out of pure delight to purchase a freigther or some bpo to establish my own brothel empire.

Put every alliance name into a hat (including ISD ofc).
Pull one out.
Hire every merc and wannabe merc in the game to attack that alliance for two weeks and watch the accusations about who hired them fly for months on the Corp Discussion forums. Placing little quips here and there with an alt making fun of the situation.

Funny that Brisi got my pick first go - pimped-out ubership here I come. I liked the newbie freebees, and give that a go sometimes, but usually find that handouts make the game boring for the newb.
The other interesting thread is 'eve disruption'. Anyone know how we can take over Jita? (One way to solve the lag problem).
And I agree it's not much - just that my previous exponential strategy is no longer exponential and need to find a better way to feed my habits.
Finally, yet another 5 point plan to becoming the next iskillionaire
1. First thing. Ninja mine in 0.0 (PF364 if I recall). If I'd known how easy this is I'd have saved 3 months of grind. Next thing you do is find the most expensive thing you can afford,make sure you can sell it reliably for more, region-wide sell order, buy order, rinse and repeat.
2. Specialise and outsource. Do one thing very, very well. I trade, make bookmarks, fly very fast. Cant mine, cant make, cant research, cant fight.
3. Interact and trade with real people. And know the real economy.
4. Never ever spend it. I've traded hundreds of +3 implants, and have a nice +2 set in my head.
5. Sell everything. Dont ever leave anything in your hangar. No doubt you can buy it back cheaper at some future point. Borrow other peoples stuff and sell that too. Sell yourself and downsize your skillset. Anything to get that bankroll up.
Finally, after slaving away as above, whatever you do, never ever ask the timecode sellers what they make in a month. A crime.

How about a good old fashioned treasure hunt?
Put 8 random and secret items into a secure can and anchor it somewhere in Eve. Whoever can bring those items to you, gets the pot.
Starting pot is 2bn ISK.
Each week that your can is unfound, remove 100m ISK from the pot.
Each 'hint'* that you give, remove 250m.
No cheating ;) eg anchoring it at a hostile POS moon, or anchoring it 192 AU off of the plane.
* hints - We already know you cannot anchor it in 0.7 or below. So narrow it down further. eg. It is in a system with no stations, or something or other.
