Like you all may know V and RA were never the best friends. We were always shooting eachother since V was founded. After V conquered the Great Wildlands and "5" gave some of their regions to RA, cause they were sick of RA¦s lame POS wars, we more or less "tolerated" the RA presence in and arround N-Rael. Small fights, some gank squads, killing only if we met some RA in this named corridor was the result. There were no bigger attacks on eachothers territory.
The recent developments in the south made us think about our standings, we even tried to speak to RA about NAP, to give both sides advantages in using the shared corridor.
RA¦s answer: "Attack 5, and we will have a NAP!"
We didnt agree, result: No NAP.
The same game they did after 5 tried to get into negotiations with RA. "Attack V and we have a NAP".
5 didnt agree, result: NO NAP.
This,in our eyes,ignorant and arrogant behavior of RA we wont tolerate anymore. The political situations speaks for itself: RA is based in the south but blocking all negoatiations of nearly all south alliances and trying to manipulate everyone to help them with their goals.
Not acceptable anymore. At least for us.
The battle results for now:
- V won all larger Fleet engagements vs a very confused acting RA the last days and killed a lot of RA ships.
- V took their station in scalding pass, killed 2 POS for now.
- V killed 2 of their Dreadnought¦s this morning, which were obviously not prepared for anything.
We know you RA are a proud alliance, we also know that it will be hard to fight vs you, and yes we respect you too but you should think about stepping back out of you arrogance and ignorance.
Thats our message to you. WAR! Bring it on. This was just the beginning.

It's really a sad story. I used to fight RA a lot and its maybe only half a year ago. They used to have some of the best pilots in this game even if a lot of ppl didnt like their way of playing this game. But what happend the lets call it "new RA" is just a shame. Where are all those good pilots we used to know ? Where are the R.A.T. guys we fought, where are the local smacking, hard hitting, npc abusing RA pilots we used to know ? Oh yes, i remember loosing my first scorpions to RA and i was mad at them but always respected their way of no mercy. But whats now ? They turned into "oh we lost a few fights because of the ebil lag"-forum complaining and other ppl Txploid user calling pilots. Those guys i used to know never started to clutter up the forums.
I dont even know if RED is still red or taken over by stars and stripes.

If i was in RA I wouldn't sign any NAP's either unless i had something to gain from it. They need enemies aswell or the pvpers leave the alliance.

But from the start -v- still has lost a "few" billions (x'000'000'000?) compared to RA.
So please, you don't have the right to act arrogant.
You're still the only alliance who managed to lose 15bs's in a 16v16 fight.
So don't come tell RA they are noobs.

Sry my old enemy friend. We got new members. Sure. But also we got new friends and good fighters.
We dont wanted to engage RA offensive. You know that we both got a "Play field" in N-Rael. Both parts respected that.
NOW !!
RA engaged us offensive with Copia and ALTZ and opened the war into our terretory. Why YOU dont respected that?
