Hello could anyone tell me how i change my subscription info...i've gone to Account management i login succesfully and it takes me to a screen with a Tab on the top left that says Account info and lists my name,username ect but there are no other tabs there for billing or to cancel...is there some kinda IE setting i need to change?/
Btw i'm useing right now the default IE settings for Winxp SP1.
Anyone help would be nice if anyone knows account will end around Sept 8th or so.

There should be two more tabs, Billing Info and Subscription Info.
Under billing info you can change your CC number and stuff like that, and under subscription info you can change the payment type and cancel your sub.

Yes i understand this there sposed to be there but there not....that's why i'm trying to figure out if it's some dumb Internet explorer setting ect i've tried loggin in to account management on 3 differen't machines in my house and i get the same probly on all of them even one machine of a friends that's not mine.
Does anyone have any idea this is really bad that a website would be like this to not allow default settings in Internet explorer to work.

I don't think it has something to do with IE - try to e-mail the support instead.
Maybe it's a problem with new accounts or something like that, I created mine on release day.

I use Mozilla, and I just edited my billing info.

I use same IE and OS - I have all the tabs. Maybe you have your security settings, or cookies settings customized?

Nope not that i know of i can reformat HD reinstall windows get online install video drivers/sound then go to webpage and i still don't see the tab and that's default settings for everything...i've even tried clearing cookies ect then changing my IE settings to allow everything and then go into website yet i still can't see nothing except for the first tab that does me no good :)
Anyone got any suggestions on some settings?? maybe i'll just download Netscape or another to do this but really shouldn't have to.

well wtf this is getting bad...i just downloaded and installed Mozilla and i still can't see the extra tabs.
Can anyone please give me the link to the other tabs https://secure.eve-online.com/something here like /accountinfo.asp which is the one i have just need the other 2 like if they were cancelinfo.asp or something like this.

Thank's alot pann hope they can help...I also thought about the firewall i use Sygate personal firewall i have also tried turning that off and let it acccept everything then shut it down and i still can't see them :(

I have the same problem :(. I cant see those 2 tabs and i cant choose new option of payment method. I send mail with help but GM send me link to Account Management site and nothing more !! Still cant see it. Please help me too.

I got answer from Customer Support.
"Due to the extreme load we are experiencing at Customer Support, we have not been able to answer your request. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you and we want to thank you for your patience."
And than they wrote: 1. Hardware problems: Detailed info on your computer specs. (Preferably use the DirectX diagnostics tool to acquire this information)
2. Game play problems: username. (if you are not sure whether this is relevant, please include it anyway)
3. Reimbursement requests: location (such as station or system names) and as exact time details as possible.

Ok well so far i've tried IE,Mozilla and just now Netscape 7.1 none of which allow me to view the tabs...i have also tried IE on a friends machine that he brought over to my house still no tabs...i also went to a friends house that had AOL that his mom used i even tried going through there still no tabs......i've pretty much given up now i suggest u either fix this website or loose some of your customers of the very few that wish to subscribe again.

Well i thought i was done trying things but i forgot about Opera browser downloaded that went to the account page...STILL NO TABS!
You think we can get a answer on this at any point or do we just say screw it and move on to the next game.

This problem seems to have been happening to some people since one month after retail launch, so I wouldn't hold your breath

Here's the explanation from our web dude. The tabs are not displayed because the user signed up with the SWIFT payment type, which is no longer supported. The user data has been migrated to the Pay-by-Cash type.
Log in to the account management pages and a new tab - Subscription Info - will be there. Your next billing date is displayed there and from that screen you can extend your subscription and/or change your payment options.
