Halseth Durn (the best alliance leader PA ever had)
Seleene (best care pretending to be a pvper -_- )
Presideo (great CEO/FC)
Ender(great CEO/FC)
Hupa(Great FC)
Stoop(great CEO)
Cursed(great FC)
parmi(great FC)
Foyle (could motivate an alliance although had alot of neg traits)
Xirt ( he can rally ppl ill give him that)
Eyen00b (great FC just dont ask him to drive :P )

could the fanboys stop it, its gettin boring. All FC in ur alliance are so uber and good and the greatest, we know. BTW the SA and ASCN FC`s are probally the worst ive seen in the game.
But there is only on side who can give a real compliment to u as a FC and that the enemie.
so my <3 to the fc who setup the nice trap in qq down in the south

best fleet commander ever seen in battle. trains alot of other corporations and alliances and lead such fleet operations for numerous entities. Part of The Five, LSD, Xetic, and now the big blue. just doesnt seem right not to mention him. |

Best ever commnder the guy who used to run the Roid Activist 0.0 ops... he is not alliance level but meta-alliance level.
Also LordTFK not as best really but as ... picturesque, like a cliche carte postal of a FC

Skull HSC (aww only one other person mentioned him?) not sure how active he is, but doesn't matter if people set him to primary. He dies all the time anyway Always fun to hear him yelling at people: "Don't shoot Golem, you idiots!" is one of my best eve memories
Al Haquis for similar reasons...And for making the U'K mine for long periods of time, at the same time

Much as I hate to admit it seems the greatest leader in Eve would be Molle.
He has been on top far longer than most that are playing and has shown amazing skills at manipulating people. Just imagine how much isk he has aquired in the past few years from the hard working cheap labor he has. Hell he even managed to get a whole alliance to fund his wallet/ebay appetite.
Second would be Cyvok, who is trying to follow Molle's lead. Hmm maybe its the same person....
