When CCP servers was under attack and have got unexpected offline. After that I can not launch the client. Then I use repair tool. Nothing. Then I reinstall the client. Launcher can not get patch. Then I have loaded 2 last pay loads for oflline installing. Now try to install again client. Think the answer may be we can see in that CCP have got attack on the servers and CCP have released new patch on the next day. 2 events may be maked the problems for normal working of servers of CCP.

Then read forum posts looking for any recent Dev Advice. Unhelpful rants and recommendation to restart launcher so I restarted and opened a Ticket. Big mistake! After re-downloading again still stuck at (3/4): APPLYING EVE_ONLINE_590158-598940_WIN.PATCH: 0.0% for over 30 min. So apparently the only fix is the repair tool since I can see from other users that works. Fingers crossed. been trying to get on for over 3 hours.

The client itself doesn't need you to log in to patch via the loader, and it may be useful to have it installed on your friends computer anyway. Fly safe o7
