Ok there is only one problem here. Two of my accounts have obviously had thier email acct info changed because neither are accepting the proper email as a match. I had just reactivated one of the accounts last night so I know for a fact that everything was fine. What are you going to do about this now? Those of us who have had thier emails changed are just screwed now? Sorry but after almost 3 years of dealing with ccp I have run into too many faults with thier "customer service" department. I think its time to bring this whole thing to a wrap and cancel my three accounts. Its something I've already contemplated and this just helps me along. Thanks CCP for what you have tried to do. Too bad you dropped the ball yet again. |

Recieved a proper reply after 3-4hours when i petitioned to the billing&account section. Getting a weeee bit annoyed atm though cause i HATE losing out on trainingtime ;/
Yes and in the mean time whoever changed the email addy now has the new pass if it has been sent. This is just a great big failure. And as for the guy whinning about other's whinning....heh if the shoe fits. |

Ok so I go through the whole petition thing and it says error no subject line....well it had a damn subject. So I type the whole thing over again, check to make sure everything is ok, and wham I get this crap:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: print_charset() in /cgi-bin/eve_online.cfg/scripts/enduser/acct_new_mb.php on line 21
Gotta love it!!!

Yeah well now I have tried it in game 3 times and out of game twice every time the same error WTF!!!!! Where in there does it say anything about timing out? |

I'll tell you what I know. I reactivated an account last night...Today the username and email do not match. The email has never changed and since I had a fresh install of XP Pro two days ago and only have eve on it....you do the math.
Not to mention I get:
