i ve got the same problem as lmao it now taking the p*** i even got 1 of my corpie to petition for me and they told him to tell me to goto EVE SUPPORT and ask a question.
And put all these thing in the question.

3. Billing information (last 6 digits of credit card, type of card,
name of cardholder, subscription type)
4. Characters on the account
5. Other information you think could be helpful

ive now lost 3h training time and a hell of a lot of isk dont think ill get that back will i ccp?

still awaiting my email.
think they may have all gone to bed and left us in the cold .
cos that how i feel sitting here waiting for my mail for the last 8 hours .

13 hours and still no email from customer support.
starting to think that maybe some kind of refund is in order?

get this guys i send them what they need yesterday.
they now send me a reply say they need the info that i had send them already wtf are they do?
CCp read my F****** question i sent you then my account would of been resloved by now.
