Mebrithiel Ju'wien's familiar, striking, pale figure comes up on screen wearing a dark crimson suit and with the Blood Inquisition banner behind her in an well-furnished dim-lit office.
Greetings all.
It's good to finally get back on the diplomatic scene. Always good to see the Ushra'kahn, PIE Inc, Aegis Militia and many others who we've yet to have had more personal relations.
Many here thought they'd seen the back of the Blood Inquisition. It is true we suffered as much a defeat as the Covenant in The Bleak Lands. We fought hard, but with the might of two pod-pilot Amarr para-military groups and the pressure of the Empire itself, the Covenant and ourselves realised we were tactically entrenched. The answer was to fall back and regroup. The next question was where.
Thankfully the Covenant answered that for us. Delve would be where we'd regroup and prepare our next action. Unfotunately we knew of the occupants of the region who would possibly make our life difficult. We were lucky as the occupants, Band of Brothers and later their allies Exuro Mortis, gave us permission to prove ourselves as allies and regain our strength safe in their territory, while being able to work with the Blood Raiders.
Many battles against the Empire forces in Delve space occured during our home-making in Delve. We learnt new techniques in battle-formations with both alliances of pod-pilots. We are eternally grateful to the two alliances for helping us grow. They are true friends to the Inquisition.
Now, we emerge again, stronger in our faith, stronger in our might and stronger in our will. Khanid has sat too long lazy while growing fat in the Empires shade. BoB's invasion of Aridia enlightened me personally. Their sheer determination and boldness was inspiring. If they can invade Aridia, we'll invade Khanid. Many familiar faces have returned in strength to the fold. Their passion for combat renewed as never before: Hira'razhir, our founder and director of war, has pledged to take up the reigns and set the planets burning to rival their stars.
Today marks the beginning of the first war. Wild Cat Militia have enacted hostile actions against us despite not being our primary targets. We understand there to be a khanid defence group existing among the corporations there. We'll see how effective their defence forces are upon our commencing of sanctioned retaliation against Wild Cat Militia today.
The life of Khanid shall be bled.
Thank you for your time.
Mebrithiel approaces the recorder and switches it off ~~~~~

I have no love for the Blood Raiders or their allies, but...
attacking the Khanid kingdom means there will be fewer raids against the Federation, which is good, and having two potential enemies fight each other is not bad at all.
Going under the assumption that the Blood Inquisition has the numerical disadvantage and that this war going well for them will mean more destruction and more dead enemies on both sides, I will go ahead and wish them the best of luck.

Not really no.
It is more like, when two of my enemies fight, the longer the fight lasts the better for me. So, if the Blood Inquisition was to gain the upper hand in the conflict, then I would be wanting the other side to do better.

Gentlemen, I will make this statement brief, and short. Until higher echelon command of the Imperator Templarii corporation has fully assessed the situation, it's subdivision, the Templarii Foreign Legion will begin Phase One of deployment. All weekend passes and leave have been cancelled, all T.F.L. pilots, crew and personel are now been ordered to return to their stations.
Until the current situation has been assessed and a solid political / diplomatic stance of the higher Imperator Templarii Fleet (I.T.F.)command has been established, the Templarii Foreign Legion's (T.F.L.) batallions and squadrons will commence and partake in non-combat personnel evacuation of civilians and neutrals stationed on stations and threatened planets, as well as escorting relief transport operations of food supplies and medical aid.
I am sure that Fleet Admiral Kavian, Azador will address all issues in a future press release regarding official Imperator Templarii stance.
That is all, LN-026, TFL-142/G1 (Squadron Leader)
[[additional background information : ITEMP is divided into two main wings, the ITF (comprised of khanid and amarrian pilots) and the TFL (Caldari foreign legionnaires). While the TFL is under the command of ITEMP High Command, it has its own degree of freedom in its actions and ship choice. ]] ------------------------------- Be Caldari, be proud. Haak-kin k'len

Scipio switched off Gal Net after watching the holo vid announcement by Mebriethiel Ju'wien. His brow furrowed with concern. He took another sip of cognac as he sat on the balcony of his villa that overlooked the picturesque coastline. He motioned for one of his aids to come to him. The large Amarrian dressed in a black suit with the bulge of a firearm under his arm, approached.
"Ahmad, make sure to inform our employer about this at the earliest opportunity, he and the rest of Convergent will need to be aware," Scipio ordered.
"Aye sir, but, we still haven't received word from him, he's still missing" the large Amarrain said. He had been a former marine under Scipio when he had served as a Colonel.
"I hope the dissappearence of our employer and this piece of news are unrelated Ahmaad, at any rate I want security around the villa doubled and I want you to aprehend and question anyone who seems suspicious."
"Aye sir!" Ahmaad affirmed and crisply walked into the villa to begin making arrangements.
Scipio accessed his personal datapad and made sure to set rent more factory space at the Kihtaled Royal Navy Assembly plant. He'd need to begin overseeing the production of more ammunition...just in case.

If the fact that, even after a very clear announcement, you still can't figure out who is attacking you, is any indication, I doubt you will be decimating anybody.

It's always a good sign to see so many people with a sense of humour as they meet their ever impending peril. Comments of light-heart are like the nervous giggles of the children about to be blooded.
Indeed earlier tonight we encountered a fleet of organised large numbers exceeding ours by three to four times in their home systems. We made a tactical withdrawl to strike another time. Indeed we lost, one ship through bad luck and typically underhanded khanid tactics. I suppose the opposition intend to make that evens from the countless ships we've destroyed pre-sanction?
No. Of course not. They prattle like the weak lambs as they wander to the slaughterhouse. This isn't playtime, children of khanid, this is war. Keep a count on your losses.
As for the seasoned among the people here. I'm sure they know who they're up against. We haven't survived this long without holding our own against the best the Amarr Empire has to throw at us.
Sleep well tonight, khanid.

But please stay out of Khanid space. Let's keep it easy: Amarrians in amarrian ships are most likely the good ones and pilots of foreign ships are for sure the bad ones. The presence of your multiracial alliance would only cause confusion.

I think the Blood Inquisition and its allies underestimate the level of support that will be provided to the Khanid Kingdom. Forgetting for a moment that their fleets are among the most sophisticated anywhere, that they are close allies of both the Amarr and Caldari and furthermore, the resillience of Khanid himself, there are a number of organizations that have vested interests in Khanid space.
For instance, I can personally attest to the viability of the Kingdom as a bridge to markets within the Amarr Empire and have established countless investments and contacts in the area. If it becomes clear that the Kingdom and their allies have more trouble dealing with the situation than expected, I won't hesitate to use my personal wealth to protect my interests.
I would also like to remind any of the organizations working to rebuff this 'invation' of the services offered by the Reik Investment Bank, including short term secured loans. Don't hesitate to contact me if my help is required! Visit the Reik Investment Bank.

Dearest Intergalactic community.
As you all well know, the Khanid Empire is being threatened by vile forces. ALthough the enemy lacks the courage to face us, we are faced with an evergrowing need for pilots, funds, and ships. Although many support us, wishing us well verbally will do very little to help us in the comming war. We know that the enemy lacks in ships and pilots, but that soon may change. If their allies BoB decide to join in, we will need even more in the way of aid. SO please. Stop wishing and help us.

A bold move, Mebrithiel, bold indeed. As you can see, the front you are facing is strong and unyielding. Maybe you should reconsider your plans, your tactical judgement seems to be off by quite a bit. I wonder how you came to the assumption that you could indeed find a hold in the Kingdom...
In any case, you have been thrown out of the Empire, I am certain the kingdom will be no less successful in doing so. After all, their ship designs are the most efficient out there and in essence, they are Amarr, so better not press your luck.
Also, I'd like to send greetings to the Khanid loyalists. I would offer the help of the Guard but it will hardly be necessary. Fly strong, for God is with you!

Keep up the good work Tommynator, I know well from my own experience that Blood Inquisition (BI) is little more that a PR front that lacks even basic military capabilities. Khanid Legion had war dec'd them and they scattered themselves throughtout the galaxy. They also vowed not to fight, but only to make public statements attempting to ridicule us.
When will you have the capabilty/fighters to back up what you say Blood Inquisition? When will your bite match your prodigious bark?

I Speak on behalf of my High Commander TsuSun: As This message is sent we are sat outside various stations in the khanid region, keeping those Blood scum inside. Unfortunately the station commanders will not allow us to engage inside the station, but we will continue waiting, keeping the bloods in their rat-holes until they choose to undock and become like the one behind me...
BeauTo motions to the corpse of Hira'razhir, Blood Inquisition fleet commander
And to the seasoned commander post, I have never lost a ship whilst it was under my command, and whenever I am active and hunting these.... pirates, if you can call them that, they will always be hiding, the pirate patrols in the belts provide more of a challenge than this so called 'invasion.'
To the Blood Inquisition, best of luck, and i hope you are busy getting rich inside those stations, but go find somewhere else soon, so i can kill the more worthy prey in the belts...
BeauTo signals to a crewman in the background, and the transmission ends...

Ah beasts of Khanid.
You're lower than even the scum residue of Serpentis drug labs.
Wild Cat Milita are this moment a black mark among what we had come to repsect as a worthy group defence force. It's almost disgusting to see such dregs of the pod-pilot community fighting among the heroes of the Khanid people.
Perhaps one day, once the upper echelons of Concord rid space of your refuse... and thos cans you laft behind, perhaps then we may actually see your impressive fleets in space.
Until you learn some combat honour, don't expect us to respect your demands. Your lies and bravado are a poor front to your real behaviour, Khanid.

They evade us at every turn I feel so powerless when camping the place they call home..We have been accused of being un-honorable because.. our military force is bigger..they started the war against WCM but say things like we will stay docked and wont come out because wcm wont fight fair..Well the way I see it.. the meaning of war to me is one military force against another is this wrong..? so wcm has a bigger army then Blood Inquisition do you expect us not to use our numbers to win this war.? You don't survive long these days against such a force as the Amarr para's without learning basic survival techniques.
You do have the larger force and we expect you to use it. We wouldn't have much of a challenge if you came out in equal numbers now would we? We like to see your fleets and soon we'll take on everything you have to offer, but don't expect 3 of my corp to undock in front of at least 8 bs and their support. BL-IN might be piratical, but we're not stupid.

Bringing the Dauntless, Prophecy Class Battlecruiser, into low orbit of Moon 7 in deep space. The image of Mebrithiel and her message sprawl across the screen.
Thinking to himself, this could be a good opportunity to strike . . . .
Bringing up the interstellar map, punching in Khanid Prime as the end destination and setting course for Khanid Prime.
A low rumble can be heard from deep within the Dauntless as the engines come to live and prepare for the long journey out of deep space to see what can be done....

agent apple relaxes in his tent in the abath station So blood indecision you claims of superiority are once again ridiculed. Your bravado grew with the death of a newly passed out pod pilot in a battleship but your feeble memory forgot the death of your self proclaimed glorious leader at the hands of pilots even fresher from the glorious khandid training facilities. Today you were baited into fighting pilots many moons your junior and in equal numbers and even so your ships fell like the magnificent stars of khandid.
You have been placing brainwashed spies throughout the system to supplement your un-organised forces and yet when presented with a single pilot of unwaviring faith and loyalty to his homeland your pilots are foolish enough to show themselves as the pirates they really are and become shunned from all of civiliized space.
We do not underestimate you blood indecision, but neither shall we ever fear you.

I would like to ask you not to spread lies Nikolai Nuvolari.
We are at "war" with the empire, their God and those who wish to support it. In this we do not shun any means and will of course welcome anything that will bring more havoc and mayhem.
We do not fire at "neutral" pilots.
In the eyes of Amarr we would be terrorists, murderers or any other nightmarish thing you can imagine, however "pirate" would not be one.

It states we are not activly anti-pirate.
If pirates would roam freely inside the empire, why would that bother me/us?
Would it not benefit our cause?
Bloodraider are also slavers, why would I wish them luck in fighting other slavers?
The answer is pretty clear for anyone not trying his/her hardest to spin it towards something very far-fetched.
We have a clear objective, to activly engage and hunt pirates would be time not focused on that objective. We leave that MOSTLY up to piratehunters or the empires themselves.
Now I grow weary of this...utter nonsense.
Unless there is clear evidence and proof, I ask you to please not spread lies or rumours.

To All Resistance Recruits:
I have noticed an increaced volume of traffic in the core regions of the Khanid Empire. Although it may be but a vein hope that some of you there are looking to aid the resistance, Khanid Prime and surrounding regions havn't been attacked yet. The exterior regions are those facing the blunt of the BL-IN attacks. Those wishing to help must contact Azador Kavian or head to the batatar/Goud area to help combat the hit-and-run attacks. Or, if you are really into helping us, strike deep into BoB territory and to the BL-IN safe-haven in KFIE-Z. There, orbiting the seventh moon of the third planet is the Blood Raider's assembly plant, and the BL-IN home base. Strike those curs where it hurts!
Also, for those of you who do not wish to engage in combat, we need further aid. So far, the war havs been very costly, and we are hanging on by our fingertips. We need Ships and ISK if we are to preserve the Khanid Empire. May I remind you that the Khanid Empire servs as the rapport that connects the Caladari and Amarr empires, and the destruction of the Khanid Empire would prove costley to both Empires.
Long Live Khanid.

Only a fool would fight the enemies war. If out manned and out gunned you do not meet your foes in mass battle, but break into smaller units and harrass. Strike and run are valid tactics for anyone fighting a superior foe. They are not simply for terrorists.
