Mebrithiel Ju'wien's familiar, striking, pale figure comes up on screen wearing a dark crimson suit and with the Blood Inquisition banner behind her in an well-furnished dim-lit office.
Greetings all.
It's good to finally get back on the diplomatic scene. Always good to see the Ushra'kahn, PIE Inc, Aegis Militia and many others who we've yet to have had more personal relations.
Many here thought they'd seen the back of the Blood Inquisition. It is true we suffered as much a defeat as the Covenant in The Bleak Lands. We fought hard, but with the might of two pod-pilot Amarr para-military groups and the pressure of the Empire itself, the Covenant and ourselves realised we were tactically entrenched. The answer was to fall back and regroup. The next question was where.
Thankfully the Covenant answered that for us. Delve would be where we'd regroup and prepare our next action. Unfotunately we knew of the occupants of the region who would possibly make our life difficult. We were lucky as the occupants, Band of Brothers and later their allies Exuro Mortis, gave us permission to prove ourselves as allies and regain our strength safe in their territory, while being able to work with the Blood Raiders.
Many battles against the Empire forces in Delve space occured during our home-making in Delve. We learnt new techniques in battle-formations with both alliances of pod-pilots. We are eternally grateful to the two alliances for helping us grow. They are true friends to the Inquisition.
Now, we emerge again, stronger in our faith, stronger in our might and stronger in our will. Khanid has sat too long lazy while growing fat in the Empires shade. BoB's invasion of Aridia enlightened me personally. Their sheer determination and boldness was inspiring. If they can invade Aridia, we'll invade Khanid. Many familiar faces have returned in strength to the fold. Their passion for combat renewed as never before: Hira'razhir, our founder and director of war, has pledged to take up the reigns and set the planets burning to rival their stars.
Today marks the beginning of the first war. Wild Cat Militia have enacted hostile actions against us despite not being our primary targets. We understand there to be a khanid defence group existing among the corporations there. We'll see how effective their defence forces are upon our commencing of sanctioned retaliation against Wild Cat Militia today.
The life of Khanid shall be bled.
Thank you for your time.

I have no love for the Blood Raiders or their allies, but...
attacking the Khanid kingdom means there will be fewer raids against the Federation, which is good, and having two potential enemies fight each other is not bad at all.
Going under the assumption that the Blood Inquisition has the numerical disadvantage and that this war going well for them will mean more destruction and more dead enemies on both sides, I will go ahead and wish them the best of luck.

Not really no.
It is more like, when two of my enemies fight, the longer the fight lasts the better for me. So, if the Blood Inquisition was to gain the upper hand in the conflict, then I would be wanting the other side to do better.

Gentlemen, I will make this statement brief, and short. Until higher echelon command of the Imperator Templarii corporation has fully assessed the situation, it's subdivision, the Templarii Foreign Legion will begin Phase One of deployment. All weekend passes and leave have been cancelled, all T.F.L. pilots, crew and personel are now been ordered to return to their stations.
Until the current situation has been assessed and a solid political / diplomatic stance of the higher Imperator Templarii Fleet (I.T.F.)command has been established, the Templarii Foreign Legion's (T.F.L.) batallions and squadrons will commence and partake in non-combat personnel evacuation of civilians and neutrals stationed on stations and threatened planets, as well as escorting relief transport operations of food supplies and medical aid.
I am sure that Fleet Admiral Kavian, Azador will address all issues in a future press release regarding official Imperator Templarii stance.
That is all, LN-026, TFL-142/G1 (Squadron Leader)
[[additional background information : ITEMP is divided into two main wings, the ITF (comprised of khanid and amarrian pilots) and the TFL (Caldari foreign legionnaires). While the TFL is under the command of ITEMP High Command, it has its own degree of freedom in its actions and ship choice. ]] ------------------------------- Be Caldari, be proud. Haak-kin k'len

Scipio switched off Gal Net after watching the holo vid announcement by Mebriethiel Ju'wien. His brow furrowed with concern. He took another sip of cognac as he sat on the balcony of his villa that overlooked the picturesque coastline. He motioned for one of his aids to come to him. The large Amarrian dressed in a black suit with the bulge of a firearm under his arm, approached.
"Ahmad, make sure to inform our employer about this at the earliest opportunity, he and the rest of Convergent will need to be aware," Scipio ordered.
"Aye sir, but, we still haven't received word from him, he's still missing" the large Amarrain said. He had been a former marine under Scipio when he had served as a Colonel.
"I hope the dissappearence of our employer and this piece of news are unrelated Ahmaad, at any rate I want security around the villa doubled and I want you to aprehend and question anyone who seems suspicious."
"Aye sir!" Ahmaad affirmed and crisply walked into the villa to begin making arrangements.
Scipio accessed his personal datapad and made sure to set rent more factory space at the Kihtaled Royal Navy Assembly plant. He'd need to begin overseeing the production of more ammunition...just in case.

I say let them come, their ships will meet a wall of death and their pods shall never return. Khanid will rise up and defend itself. The Blood Inquistion has signed its own death warrant.

You, or the Raiders.

If the fact that, even after a very clear announcement, you still can't figure out who is attacking you, is any indication, I doubt you will be decimating anybody.

the Khanid Kingdom are Amarr and Caldari allies. The Blood raiders are enemies of every lawful faction in the cluster. I am not a great thinker but even i can see what side we will be on.
I didn't get to fight your group much in the first war between us, maybe this time I'll get some practice on combating Blood tactics.
see you in space.
