HEY GUYS!
Let me start;: my appologies to everyone I just got back today. I checked my alt and a few more entries came in that I hadnt replied to i'm very sorry let me explain.
Yesterday my mother past away from cancer, I'm 19 so it's taken a bit out of me and I had to go up to the mountains for 2 days to cremate her and spread her ashes. I'm very sorry I havn't been around I hope you understand.
Ok the bad news. even with all the new entries included we only have 42 participants out of the min 50 I was looking for. This means that some catagories dont have enough participants in them and can't be properly. This is really unfortunate as I really wanted to do this and even though my siruation isn't great at the moment I had no intentions of letting anyone down, however with that many paticipants some catagories don't have the numbers needed I would have liked 100 but 50 would be ok.
SO heress what I'm doing.
Tommorow I am refunding everyone 100% of their isk and you will recieve a message from me stating some other things as well and a personal apology as I know many of you were looking foward to this tournament as was I. However I will keep ypur entry mail and leave the tournament 'pending'.
What this means is anyone can now apply for the tournament, don't send your isk just notifaction that yu want to participate. When the numbers hit around 60 - 70 I will notify all participants that the tournament has the correct number of people and notify everyone that if they want in again at the new specified date and 0.5 system that they can send in their entry fee and the tournament will go ahead!
So thats my plan at the moment if you guys have any other suggestions please let me know I'm all open to anything anyone has to say and I'M VERY SORRY FOR THE INCOVENIENCE EVERYONE!!!!!! So I hope you guys can forgive me I will refund your isk tommorow as I just got home from the funeral drove back from the mountains and it's 2am so I need some sleep hehe.
So thanks everyone for your support, I'll keep looking for more participants and we shall get this tournament running! just to let u know it will always be help on a saturday. Thanks again everyone and my apologies.

It's totally understandable man. I appriciate all the work you've put into this thing and look forward to hitting that 60 person minimum

Sorry bout your mom JO. Hope this tourney still happens. I wanted to enter originally and i was following this thread. I had a prior engagement during the tourney so i'm glad it didn't happen as scheduled. I will send you a mail stating my interest and look forward to being able to participate.

Hey guys sorry i havn't been on in a bit i'll pick up my game. ok i sent everyone back their refunds about3 days ago if you still havnt recieved your refund eve-mail me what is owed to you!!! sorry for the wait on the isk guys.
Also thanks for all the support guys you have all bean amazing i really thankyou all. 2 more things if you havnt recieved your isk refund yet and you eve-mail me and i dont reply then put it on the thread that i still havnt paid you! I don't want people to think i've stollen their isk so feel free to taint my name if you didnt recieve your refund. Also if you did get your refund or if your wanting to join the tournament and get to that minimum player number then make a post stating that a: you recieved your refund or b: just state "i'm in"!!!!

You might get more interest if you have the tourney in a 0.4 system at a ss. I know I would love to participate but cant due to sec.
