Stuck at "Jumping" CONSTANTLY. FIX the rediculous lag in this game for christ's sake. This game is what over three years old now? I have seen online games at launch with less lag then this POS. Ohh look, I have to log off then back on and emergency warp just to get the game unstuck, for like the tenth goddamn time in systems with like 3 people. So we are suppose to just sit around and pay monthly payments for this extremely sub-par service until they put their wonderfull 64-bit servers in months from now?

Wow, more replies from fanbois glossing over the fact that this game has some serious playability issues. And no, these jumps where in deep 0.0 alliance space. Anyways, why should it friggin matter where the lag, jump lockups, emergency warps happen? Just cause some newb is in deep empire space he should put up with the rediculous lag?

Exodus - A patch meant to move people out to discover the 0.0 boundaries of eve. Instead people decide to hug the empire hub systems as much as possible, therefore you will have to suffer until you leave Jita.

Wow, making a valid complaint about a paid for service that lacks serverly is in need for forwing the **** up eh? What are you, in middle school? So if I buy a new car and the throttle hesitates which could get you stuck in a intersection and you take it to the dealer to get it fixed and he says "quit whining", what do you do? Do you thank the mighty dealer for letting you drive one of his cars that 70,000 other people drive or do you knock him the **** out. Seeing from your response, you have your head so far up your ass in your virtual world you would most likely walk out of the dealership with your tail between your legs and praise said dealer. People like you need to get a fukin clue. That's why service remains ****, apathetic little kid's that represent the majority of the player base of games like this.

seriously we should complain... yea they know we don't like it... make them feel the heat... I bet if they spent the money. they could fix this problem rather quickly..
I've been playing this game for 1 week... as a newb i dont really want to be disconnected every jump.
not complaining doesnt help either.

Wow, someone else totaly clueless. No **** they know about the lag. Every single player that plays this game knows about the lag. It's the AGES it has been going on and nothing done about it. It's the memory disk upgrade last year that did nothing about it. It's the future promise of "new servers" months down the road thats the problem. It's them knowing that their current hardware could not handle a fraction of what is currently being stressed on their systems yet they do it anyways for the money.

ok for a start those who just go off at people who are getting sick and tired of the problems are the ones who really need to sit down shut up and stop being fracken fanboy's.
I love eve, but even I feel the lag and problems are becoming a joke. You look at the list of issues that people have reported vs the list of issues fixed, and just how big those issues are. People have a right to be complaining about them, they are paying good money for a service and they are NOT recieving that service, at all.
How can you play a game when it takes at times 20 minutes to cross one System? How can you pvp when even in 0.0 space at times you have lag that means your dead before you even know it?
There is a problem at the moment with eve, CCP know about it but because of the new year and christmas it appears we've had to wait for a fix, which we shouldn't have to. We get a patch that comes out rather then the bugs fixed, we see them continue to leave trial accounts open, to not limit the server numbers.
The Eve servers are groaning under the stress that is being placed on them, either CCP needs to start doing something fast or they are going to continue to get whines as people call them. I honestly call them legitament complaints about a service not delievered.
Now on the other hand what could CCP be doing to help until there 'fancy' new servers are up?
- Put a hard cap on the server population, and impliment queues. - Kill access for trial accounts. - Put an Idle Timer in that autokicks you after xhour of just sitting there mineing in the one spot (Most normal miners are at least willing to shift slightly every so often). - Stop bringing out new fracken stuff and fix the old stuff and the bugs and issues, it might fix the load issues on the servers rather then adding to them. - Juil Intergrated Information Services Information is Power

You are getting flames because...
1: Everybody knows that some area's have excessive lag. It's all been said before and gets old after awhile. People get irritated with the repetition, not necessarily at you personally.
2: Some people just don't understand your problem as most of EVE is currently running at an acceptable level and they have not encountered the problems you are having. The issue that complicates this is the fact that the area's with lag issue does not appear to be easily predictable. It's not just high traffic systems, but scattered low traffic or 0.0 area's as well.
Much of what I do is split between area's of 0.0, Amarr space and Caldari space. The first two have no lag issues at all for normal purposes (though larger scale combat stress's that out very quickly), however most Caldari space seems to have marked lag issue most everywhere that I travel there. If I did all of my buisness in Amarr space though, I might find myself doubting the level of lag is as bad as people say... however I know that it is a serious issue.
CCP had made some nice strides in controling lag before this patch, however RMR has cause serious and unforseen issues that may take some time to sort. The new hardware is arriving in less than a month and most likely WILL fix the problem... however I would love to see the code fixed prior to that point. If it can be optimized back to where it's running pretty well before the upgrades get implemented, imagine what it will feel like afterwards.
