We cannot promise anything at this point. This tries to update your account data on Singularity with the latest changes on TQ. Anything on the characters (including skills) should not be affected. If you had a different password on Sisi then you might have to switch using the password from TQ. Please reply here if you experience any new problems with your accounts there. Correct, included are for example the password, status of the account (active, expired, banned, ...), expiry, and type of the account. Copying everything is being done in a full mirror, which we will keep doing every few months. Copying only the skills would probably be quite messy - at least as far as I understand the data structure (but I'm not a DB programmer). What you are describing is basically a full mirror. Most things for mirrors are scripted, but not everything. And yes, it is a quite heavy on our infrastructure (which is one of the reasons for keeping them seldom). Feel free to create new characters on Singularity. We understand, that this is not perfect, but it should be at least better than having no account at all. Accounts are being reactivated on Singularity 12 - 36 hours after they were reactivated on Tranquility.
