Iznogoud	Posted - 2006.01.16 22:21:00 - [1] Well last Friday there was mining operation for the corp. I have missed. I was travelling in 0.0 space when director called Stratego open a chat demanding me to go mine in an arrogant tone, like if I was his toddler. I ignored his demands and his manners and proceed to my destination and started npc farming. Which is far more interesting to corp then having me mining with my lvl 2 mining skills. On the next day I had all my rights cancelled. I ask for an explanation no one replied. So I asked for a transfer to another BOB corporation. Today I connect and find that I was kicked out Reikoku. No mail, no chat with a neutral director, no warning. No respect. Being in Reikoku for only two months, having 44 kills, paid in taxes to the corporation over 40 mil isk in the last two weeks, participate in the killing of the first carrier in Eve (an ebil ship). Isn't a bad performance, specially if you take under consideration that I am married, kids, very demanding profession and play from 15 to 20 hours per week. I believed I was secure inside Reikoku. I never though an arrogant director with rude manners would be allowed to act like this in behalf of the corporation. This is the way some corporations are taking care of their internal affairs showing that members are basically minions, neither partners nor friends trying to work together. You do what is expected of you, and not what you feel like doing. My corp is the same way, and you'd have gotten kicked out for that kind of crap here too. I don't know the details of why you were dismissed. But your posting here makes me think it was the right decision.

There's more to it then taxes. I could see how that would be assumed to be a required understanding that comes naturally. Strangely enough, when ANY corp in BoB does a corp mining op, attendance is mandatory, so we're not quite sure what you were gonna achieve.
